## About Microwave Office
Microwave Office software is known for its intuitive interface, innovative design automation, and powerful harmonic balance circuit simulation. Microwave Office along with Visual System Simulator, AXIEM and Analyst software tools form the NI AWR Design Environment platform. Together they offer design engineers a complete RF and microwave circuit, system, and EM co-simulation environment, supporting successful product development for today's most challenging communications and aerospace/defense applications.

## Microwave Office Reviews
 ### 1. Fast and Accurate EM solver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hari P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Microwave Office?**

Microwave office is very user friendly. System level simulation, circuit level simulation and EM simulations are can be done in single AWR's unified model environment.

**What do you dislike about Microwave Office?**

Even though network synthesis wizard is very powerful, popular and accurate, at present matching by using balun's is not available in the network synthesis wizard.

**What problems is Microwave Office solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It can do EM simulations fast by using axiem simulator. By using AWR we can achieve time to market without compromising with the accuracy of the results.
Also 3d simulations can be done by using analyst simulator.

 ### 2. The software you need for simulating planar structures in minutes...!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kapil G. | RF Application Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Microwave Office?**

The closed form circuit models along with EM based models for interconnects and also FEM quasi-static models help save simulation time since they give results instantaneously. EM/FEM based models in Microwave Office are already EM simulated for standard substrates and one can even add custom substrates if required.

**What do you dislike about Microwave Office?**

More stream lined and feature rich 3D editor would be a great thing to see

**What problems is Microwave Office solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microwave Office has various vendor libraries available readily withing the software which helps avoid visiting various vendor websites for their libraries. It's plethora of features like unified data model architecture, selective EM simulation, support for other EM simulators help save time in simulation, debugging and verificaiton.
