**What do you like best about eSIMS?**

We use eSims as a contact management tool for all of our leads for marketing. Super easy to pull lists and reports for targeted audiences.

**What do you dislike about eSIMS?**

I’d want to be able to view an overall list of people I’ve removed so I could evaluate that list.

**What problems is eSIMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing our leads in a organzided manor.
