**What do you like best about eScholarship?**

I love that most published research relevant to higher education management is available on this software and is readily accessible.

**What do you dislike about eScholarship?**

I dislike how hard it may be to navigate the site to get to the actual resource to look at. There are a lot of ads that pop up initially which kind of deter from using the product.

**Recommendations to others considering eScholarship:**

I recommend that whoever uses this service tries to get past ads and other distractions. It really is a great service that deserves a lot more recognition!

**What problems is eScholarship solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have solved problems of finding scholarly works related to management in the spheres of education. It has been a while since I looked at how to research in college and this refreshed my memory. Also, finding scholarly works related to education is always relevant to my current role so it makes my life a lot easier.
