Epoch is incredibly fast and the user interface is intuitive and clean. Features like global templates provide for efficient time entry. The Android app is similarly impressive (there is also an iOS version). There are other bells and whistles that advanced users will appreciate and the application continues to improve over time as new features are added. In total this means attorneys are less apt to miss billable time or become frustrated when entering time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We would like to have the weekly hours in Epoch (the totals and pie chart) reflect our internal weekly billing cycle. Additionally, it's annoying to see the disclaimer page each time we log into Epoch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
