Enrich-CRM allows us to have granular and up-to-date data on contacts and companies, and their HubSpot integration is perfect! Once enriched, it is a breeze to set up scoring, segment contacts and companies, and detect changes in clients' positions. **What do you dislike about Enrich-CRM?** The roadmap is filled with features whose release we are eagerly awaiting. **What problems is Enrich-CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Systematic enrichment allows us to standardize our CRM. This effort has almost entirely eliminated the issue of duplicate company and contact records. In a second phase, the data points allow us to prioritize companies for our salespeople. The multitude of enrichment scenarios has reduced our processes for collecting additional data that we needed in the past. ### 2.
