I like the AI features in Engagezy AI CRM. I don’t have to search anywhere else because it tells me my tasks for today and what I need to do to stay on top of my leads. It tells me which leads to call first, which leads to follow up on, and which leads will convert the most. I get a daily brief and daily action items for my team, along with hot leads to follow up on and close within a week or a month. It helps me clock my sales. The current features are up to the mark, and my team uses it effectively. I also found the setup very easy—we set it up in two days. I’m using Engagezy AI CRM as a trial, and the tool looks really amazing. I like the intuitive UI, the breadth of integrations, and the solid, competitive pricing. It helps me manage leads and keep a streamlined view of my deals, funnel, and pipeline, including how deals are progressing. I can create multiple-level views and dashboards and integrate it with my existing database. It gives me a fresh perspective on my deals and a holistic picture of how my business looks. I also like the flexibility to add more features over time. Setup is very easy with its self-implementation, DIY process—I don’t need hard-coding skills or a specific technology background to onboard it.
