# How has Engagezy AI CRM worked for call center and field sales lead management?

Engagezy AI CRM has been easy to use with a solid UI/UX and good performance, and it has been easy to integrate. Pricing and the AI features have also stood out, and there have not been many issues so far. It seems to fit well for call center and field sales use cases. If you use it in similar teams, what has been your experience with integration and day to day lead workflows?
