"Customer History at Your Fingertips for Smoother Follow-Ups"
4.5/5
What do you like best about EngageBay?

I find it really useful to have customer information and previous interactions available whenever I need them, instead of having to search through different notes to understand a conversation. I can refer to the existing records and continue from where I left off, which makes managing routine customer-related tasks much more convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

Some parts of the platform could be more straightforward to navigate. It takes a bit of exploration to figure out where certain options are located, so improved navigation would make the experience more user-friendly overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Central Hub That Makes Contact Management Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about EngageBay?

One thing I appreciate is having a central place to manage contact information. When details change or I need to check a particular record, I can find the information without digging through multiple spreadsheets. It makes keeping my contact database organized much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

Some options aren’t immediately obvious when you’re new to the platform. I needed a little time to understand the list management features and to get comfortable with the layout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"EngageBay Keeps Contacts and Email Campaigns Organized in One Place"
4.5/5
What do you like best about EngageBay?

We started using EngageBay mainly to get our contacts and email communication in one place. So far, it has worked well for what we need.

The contact management is probably the part we use most. It's nice being able to look up a contact and see the information and activity without having to search through different places. We also use email broadcasts for sending updates to different groups of contacts.

The email templates are another feature I use quite often. Once you have a few templates ready, it saves a lot of time because you're not creating the same type of email again and again. We also use sequences for follow-ups, which has been useful when there are a lot of prospects to stay in touch with. It has made our overall email process more organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

There are quite a few options, so it took me a little while to get used to everything. Some parts of the email editor could also be easier to work with. These aren't major issues for us, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"EngageBay Keeps Customer Activity and Notes Organized in One Place"
4.5/5
What do you like best about EngageBay?

I use EngageBay to keep a running record of my customer-related work. I can update a contact after an interaction, leave a note for later, and quickly check recent activity when I need a reminder. I find this useful because I don’t have to keep the same information in several different places. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

The platform took me a little time to learn because there are several tools and settings available. Some features aren’t immediately obvious, especially when you’re only using a few parts of the system on a regular basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Automated Follow-Ups and Helpful Email Tracking"
4.5/5
What do you like best about EngageBay?

I mainly use EngageBay for email marketing and follow-up sequences, and that has worked well for us.

What I like most is being able to setup a sequence once and let the follow-ups go out automatically. I don't have to keep checking who needs an email or remember when I last followed up. Setting up the emails and delays between them is also pretty simple once you get used to it.

I also find the email tracking useful. Being able to see opens and clicks gives me a quick idea of whether people are engaging with the emails or not.

For our team, the main advantage is simply that email follow-ups take less manual work now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

There are quite a few features, so it took me little while to get familiar with everything. The interface can also feel a bit busy in some areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"EngageBay Keeps Customer Conversations and Follow-Ups Organized"
4.5/5
What do you like best about EngageBay?

I use EngageBay to keep track of customer information, conversations, and follow-ups during my workday. I find it helpful to have previous activity available when I need to check the context of a conversation. It saves me from having to go through different emails and makes it easier to pick things up where I left off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

There are quite a few features available, and it took me some time to become familiar with the platform. Some of the options I don’t use regularly weren’t immediately obvious at first, but the features I use most often are easy enough to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Landing Pages and Forms Without Needing a Developer"
4.5/5
What do you like best about EngageBay?

The landing page and forms are probably the features I use the most. I like that I can create a page, make changes to the content, and add a form without having to ask a developer for every small update. The form builder is also straightforward. I can add the fields we need, change them when necessary and use the forms directly on the landing pages.

What I find convenient is that the form submissions stay within the same system. When someone fills out a form, I don't have a manually move the information from one tool to another just to keep track of the enquiry. It makes the whole process easier to manage, especially when we're creating different landing pages for different purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

The landing page editor can take a little time to get used to. Some of the design and editing options aren't immediately obvious, so I had to spend some time figuring out where certain things were. I also think the editor could feel a bit smoother when making detailed design changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"EngageBay Keeps Lead and Conversation History at Your Fingertips"
4.5/5
What do you like best about EngageBay?

I use EngageBay to keep track of leads, customer conversations, and the follow-ups that come out of them. I find it really useful to have a contact’s history available when I’m preparing for a call or sending a follow-up. That way, I can quickly see where things stand instead of having to dig back through different email threads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

There are quite a few features available, and it took me some time to figure out which ones were most useful for my sales workflow. Some of the less-used options could be easier to find and navigate, but the core tools have been straightforward once I got familiar with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Email Tracking and Workflows That Make Follow-Ups Effortless"
4.5/5
What do you like best about EngageBay?

The email tracking has been really useful for us. I can see when someone opens an email and whether they clicked on a link, which helps a lot when deciding when to follow up. The workflows are another feature I use quite often. We can setup follow-ups based on things like an email being opened or a link being clicked, so we don't have to keep checking everything manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

There are quite a few features, so it took me a little while to get used to where everything is. Once you get familiar with it, though, it becomes easier to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"EngageBay Makes Contact Management and Email Campaigns Simple"
5/5
What do you like best about EngageBay?

I mainly use EngageBay for contact management and email communication. I like having the contacts and their details in one place, rather than keeping track of everything separately.

The email templates are also useful. Once I have a template that works, I can reuse it instead of creating the same email again. Setting up email broadcasts is fairly simple too, and it makes sending emails to a group of contacts much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

It took me a little while to get used to the interface. There are also a few things in the email editor that could be easier to work with, but overall it hasn't been a major issue for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
