**What do you like best about EndoVault EHR?**

The best feature is storing and retrieving archived patient data from a single place that leads to effective medical management.

**What do you dislike about EndoVault EHR?**

Difficulty for low level healthcare companies in acquiring tool knowledge.
The initial installation charges are little expensive.

**What problems is EndoVault EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The maintenance costs are huge and the problem is being addressed to help common people access this clinical tool. The ongoing downtime issue is also challenging and the team working on it to provide the best speed for its users. Next, the alerts the tool asks for even a small navigation makes it a less user friendly tool which is also looked into as a priority to increase credibility value of it.

**What do you like best about EndoVault EHR?**

As the primary IT support person for this software, the nicest thing I can say is that I have amazing job security.

**What do you dislike about EndoVault EHR?**

Basically everything. There are constantly errors. It’s language was outdated in the 80s.

**Recommendations to others considering EndoVault EHR:**

Pay the extra money and get a better product.

**What problems is EndoVault EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to put images in a report in our EHR
