Endear is used by retail teams to expand their customer outreach on a personal level. Today, brands often reach customers through social media and email marketing, which isn't very personal and relies on a small amount of engagement to be effective. Endear is about high-touch personalized communications where brands can build customer relationships that are engaging and as a result, more valuable. Across industries, we see our clienteling platform consistently increase customers' number of orders per year and average order value. In 2022, we drove over $100 million in additional revenue for brands that use our platform.
