**What do you like best about Enculture?**

The platform helped us move beyond generic engagement data to identify which teams, behaviors, or leadership gaps were affecting culture. This made it easier to prioritize where to intervene, align people strategy with business goals, and track progress over time.

**What do you dislike about Enculture?**

Limited feature set in the current version.
While the insights are powerful, the platform still needs evolving.

**What problems is Enculture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enculture helped us identify the root causes of disengagement and misalignment in our organization.

We were relying on generic engagement surveys that gave us scores but no direction. Enculture gave us data we could act on, helping us understand which teams were struggling, what behaviors were helping or hurting performance, and where leadership alignment was lacking.
