I like being able to have all my employee information in one place. It is a great way to keep track of attendance as well as other functions of payroll Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
So far the only complaint I have is that it took awhile to get use to the system but I feel this may be the case for all new software programs that you implement. Once I got use to it I had no issues at all. The set up was something that I had to get use to navigating but once again since I was switching over from another program it was going to be a difficult transition no matter what software program we picked. I do feel this was as smooth as a transition that could have been. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think its great especially if you do not already have a time management program in place. With our business being medium sized (50-100 employees) it really made things easier on us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Keeping up with time off requests and other attendance issues has been amazing. Our old way of tracking was not very effective and people were getting away with too many missed days or were using vacation time they did not have. This has saved the company money already Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
