This is where it excelled and what made us almost integrate with our current systems. **What do you dislike about Employee Tracker Plus?** Implementation of a tracker like this can be very difficult and after some push back from organizing units, we decided against moving forward. We are a large organization, and selling this to all the relevant parties became exceedingly difficult. **What problems is Employee Tracker Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were trying to create a way to track all employees, but in the end, we decided against moving forward due to pushback in the field. We utilized for approximately 3 months before deciding against moving forward. ### 2. The collaboration mode also helps in enhancing team communication and productivity. **What do you dislike about Employee Tracker Plus?** Although it is one of the best tools to register employee timekeeping, sometimes a downtime in this software can affect the time management of employees, and implementing a organization-wide tracker can be tricky. **What problems is Employee Tracker Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automating the process of keeping track of all the work time of employees can be greatly beneficial to the organization as well as the employees. It reduces the effort required by employees to register time and enhance performance. ### 3. It helped us lessen the number of errors we were seeing and made performance more reliable and robust. **What do you dislike about Employee Tracker Plus?** The software would randomly have downtime for updates, in which the software would be "down" and un-usable. We were able to find workarounds for this, but it did seem that this happened more frequently than it should. **What problems is Employee Tracker Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking for ways to better manage employees performance AND connect our employees as a wider group, especially in a remote first world. Employee Tracker Plus allowed us to do that effectively and successfully! ### 5. It is a great way to keep track of attendance as well as other functions of payroll **What do you dislike about Employee Tracker Plus?** So far the only complaint I have is that it took awhile to get use to the system but I feel this may be the case for all new software programs that you implement. Once I got use to it I had no issues at all. The set up was something that I had to get use to navigating but once again since I was switching over from another program it was going to be a difficult transition no matter what software program we picked. I do feel this was as smooth as a transition that could have been. **Recommendations to others considering Employee Tracker Plus:** I think its great especially if you do not already have a time management program in place. With our business being medium sized (50-100 employees) it really made things easier on us. **What problems is Employee Tracker Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping up with time off requests and other attendance issues has been amazing. Our old way of tracking was not very effective and people were getting away with too many missed days or were using vacation time they did not have. This has saved the company money already ### 12.
