**What do you like best about EMMAX?**

EMMAX has many features that assist in managing billing exceptions. This product has aided our large midwestern utility in reducing exceptions by over 80% over the past 5 years. The developers are always open to feedback and together we have been able to optimize the software for our business. We are always excited for the next version, as the enhanced functionality is usually just what we are looking for!

**What do you dislike about EMMAX?**

The only downside is the developers are always upgrading the product, which is only an issue because we can't seem to keep up!

**Recommendations to others considering EMMAX:**

If you are struggling with billing exception management this is the tool for you!

**What problems is EMMAX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned previously, our utility has reduced billing exceptions by 80%+. This helps to create a better customer experience and reduces the human struggle for our agents.

**What do you like best about EMMAX?**

Very simple to use. Has the same feel as standard SAP. EMMAX team always has been helpful if problems or questions.

**What do you dislike about EMMAX?**

really nothing very satisfied with the product

**What problems is EMMAX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

better understanding of our exceptions. Easier to manage and better visibility into unbilled accounts with PAM cases

**What do you like best about EMMAX?**

Work in one system. No need to export the billing logs to EXCEL for categorizing.

**What do you dislike about EMMAX?**

Not every constellation of contracts leeds to a PAM case.

**What problems is EMMAX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Daily working on the billing errors. Finding and solving root causes of the errors. Finding unbilled contracts.

**What do you like best about EMMAX?**

Users seems to really like the tool - I like the exception environment , it is super easy to find all cases for the same installation, BP etc.

**What do you dislike about EMMAX?**

I think there could be a user group for changes - it seems that Excimp sometimes tries to please everyone, and some changes that are made are not the ones that we desired.

**What problems is EMMAX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cases are easier to put together, I think the user community is now using cases much more than they previously did.  Our CA department uses the EMMAX cases for all processing, they were able to get rid of mounds of reports.

Since EMMAX is a highly customizable standard product, we deliver lots of functionalities, some are of interest for all, some for a smaller audience. And you are right, we aim to listen to everyone of our customers and make their wishes come through. So please do not hesitate to challenge us with your requirements, even if they are only nice to haves.  If we think they can be relevant for other customers, we will for sure try to add them to the EMMAX standard.
You will hear from us about the user group somewhere early next year.
