Please let us know the constellation where PAM does not deliver the expected results. We need this information from you and other customers to improve the PAM algorithm. We do want PAM to catch all.

What do you like best about EMMAX?
Users seem to really like the tool - I like the exception environment, it is super easy to find all cases for the same installation, BP etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about EMMAX?
I think there could be a user group for changes - it seems that Excimp sometimes tries to please everyone, and some changes that are made are not the ones that we desired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you very much for your EMMAX review and for the hint of setting up a user group, we are really happy with your feedback and we will seriously think about setting up an EMMAX user group.
Since EMMAX is a highly customizable standard product, we deliver lots of functionalities, some are of interest for all, some for a smaller audience. And you are right, we aim to listen to everyone of our customers and make their wishes come through. So please do not hesitate to challenge us with your requirements, even if they are only nice to haves. If we think they can be relevant for other customers, we will for sure try to add them to the EMMAX standard.
You will hear from us about the user group somewhere early next year.
