We use it for all types of projects. It is simple to adjust it to any requirements. Unlike other software that we have tried out, it does not require you to adjust your processes to the system’s capabilities, it works for you, not the other way around. **What do you dislike about ELMA365?** The calendar’s interface needs a bit of work. Now you can only create events by clicking the add button. It would be much more convenient to simply click on the day. Also, I would prefer to change the view with the mouse scroller, not by selecting it from the menu. **What problems is ELMA365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We automated document management, that was our main priority. We now have a well-organized contract database, and can approve, sign, and send out documents without running a risk of losing them. Also, the finance activities such as paying invoices and procurement, and the sales-related work, such as handling customer complaints and managing promotions. We were amazed at how quickly we got started with ELMA. It takes you from 3 to 10 days to launch a business process. Not months! So we managed to go digital pretty quick, and now we are protected from human errors and their consequences ### 3. What we needed was a good CRM systems, and the SaaS version of ELMA seemed just the right fit for us. I liked how simple it was and how regular users without any technical degree can configure it. What I loved most about the project is how professional and hardworking the whole ELMA team were. **What do you dislike about ELMA365?** We had some trouble with configuring access to bound items. Standard access settings are not enough, so you have to do it with code if you really need it. This requires specific coding knowledge, not so convenient. **What problems is ELMA365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We put it to use for all the aspects of work, and are generally enjoying it. The settings really allow you to do a lot, you can always adjust something in your process without rebooting anything. Another advantage of this flexibility is that we managed to automate basically everything: document management, communication with other offices, collaboration, monitoring. What we really like is that you can bind the apps and use them like this together, without having to copy the same information from one app to another. This allows us to have a very well-structured database. Also, we really like the mobile app as it is identical to the version in browser. It doesn’t have the admin settings, of course, but you don’t really need them on your phone.All our managers have this app installed, because it is just so convenient.. **What do you dislike about ELMA365?** We are not entirely satisfied with the speed of operation, it could be faster. Also, it would be great to have several CRM workspaces, not one. They like the Typescript language that is used to create scripts, as it provides for type safety. The product also ensures an error-free document management and API with rich opportunities. Our implementation teams usually consist of 3-5 analysts and only one developer. That is exactly why ELMA365 is loved by our managers – work of programmers might be quite expensive. There is no need for business analysts to distract their colleagues, use several profiles, or stop the application operation, as they can test business processes of any complexity themselves. With the help of debugging you can see how the automated processes will be seen in the system, what messages and notifications business users might receive, and how they will use the interface. You can debug in a single browser window and under a single user account, and even when other users are actively working in the system. With the debugging process you can set up the system faster, which is why ELMA is better than other similar software. **What do you dislike about ELMA365?** In order to reach a bigger number of clients I would like to supplement the system and add a pipeline module. Its functionality is rich, and there are unlimited possibilities for development. I supervise a team of designers that works on numerous tasks from different departments. Before ELMA, I used to assign tasks orally. I would often struggle to remember who works on which tasks, so I regularly asked my team about projects they were working on and their stages. Thus, the main advantage of the system is the opportunity to assign and reassign tasks, track their statuses of completion. I can have a look at the working process of the department and there is no need to distract my team from the working process. What I mean is that you can do everything in the system – from understanding tasks of your department to drawing up or approving leave applications. From planning to control. Our department always has a pool of tasks, and as a manager I can plan and monitor work of every employee in the long run. When all of the tasks are in one system we can prioritize them easily. 3. The last one is a positive consequence of the change. When you select candidates for a job position you need to hold several interviews, review test tasks and reach agreements. We used to proceeed all that via messengers. When 3 candidates applied at the same time a technical specialist or a project manager responsible for supervision would often get confused. Which test task were they looking through? Whose CV was that? When and where should they meet the next candidate? In short, it was an endless flow of information, and we were always afraid that we would make a mistake by employing a wrong person. We wanted to systemize and automate the whole process. What did we get? Clear statuses of work with each candidate. All tasks connected with interviews are completed in a timely manner. This allows describing any business processes that involve external and internal systems, as well as people from different departments. With ELMA BPM, we managed to quickly automate complex loan processes for different products. Second, apart from being flexible, the system can be integrated with any other software available for integration. And third, processes can be built with the “no-code” approach, meaning that we can create new processes without participation of programmers. **What do you dislike about ELMA365?** You have to thoroughly plan the processes before and after implementing them. But judging from what we have seen so far, we can say that investing in the system was definitely worth it, and it will still be so in the future.
