It was easy to use and served the purpose well. **What do you dislike about ELMA365?** It was used for such specific area that I found it costly compared to what it provides. **What problems is ELMA365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** All vacation related queries were created in ELMA. Salary breakdown also was provided there. It was useful for tracking and following the tasks. ### 2. We use it for all types of projects. It is simple to adjust it to any requirements. Unlike other software that we have tried out, it does not require you to adjust your processes to the system’s capabilities, it works for you, not the other way around. **What do you dislike about ELMA365?** The calendar’s interface needs a bit of work. Now you can only create events by clicking the add button. It would be much more convenient to simply click on the day. Also, I would prefer to change the view with the mouse scroller, not by selecting it from the menu. **What problems is ELMA365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We automated document management, that was our main priority. We now have a well-organized contract database, and can approve, sign, and send out documents without running a risk of losing them. Also, the finance activities such as paying invoices and procurement, and the sales-related work, such as handling customer complaints and managing promotions. We were amazed at how quickly we got started with ELMA. It takes you from 3 to 10 days to launch a business process. Not months! So we managed to go digital pretty quick, and now we are protected from human errors and their consequences ### 3. What we needed was a good CRM systems, and the SaaS version of ELMA seemed just the right fit for us. I liked how simple it was and how regular users without any technical degree can configure it. What I loved most about the project is how professional and hardworking the whole ELMA team were. **What do you dislike about ELMA365?** We had some trouble with configuring access to bound items. Standard access settings are not enough, so you have to do it with code if you really need it. This requires specific coding knowledge, not so convenient. **What problems is ELMA365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We put it to use for all the aspects of work, and are generally enjoying it. There are a lot of features, and even more are coming in the future. Also, with additional customization possibilities, the potential of the system is endless.. ### 4. You can use all of that in your workflow, and everything will work just fine, even if your offices are scattered across different cities—ideal for remote and home office employees. **What do you dislike about ELMA365?** There are some bugs and small errors like when a page doesn’t open straight away or opens very slow, or a widget doesn’t work. However, there are few of those, so it’s not really a problem. **What problems is ELMA365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We automated workflows for procurement, processing of documents, and customer management. The user guides were very helpful both for learning how the platform works, and for learning some of the best practices. This platform is extremely good for communication within a company: you can work with tasks, include them in business processes, use the messenger, exchange documents and so on. ### 5. I do a lot of business travels and find it useful that the cloud can be accessed from anywhere - my laptop, ipad or phone. I have access to all the information, tasks, and documents. Importantly, all of these data are securely stored in the system. **What do you dislike about ELMA365?** I can’t say that there are many things I do not like, In general I am satisfied with the software, although I would prefer more customization tools for dashboards in the CRM section. **What problems is ELMA365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** ELMA is great for automating processes that involve the entire company. It takes into account all the departments and is very flexible. We managed to create an ecosystem of processes for our operations and CRM, which we were not able to achieve with the previous software. ### 6. The settings really allow you to do a lot, you can always adjust something in your process without rebooting anything. Another advantage of this flexibility is that we managed to automate basically everything: document management, communication with other offices, collaboration, monitoring. What we really like is that you can bind the apps and use them like this together, without having to copy the same information from one app to another. This allows us to have a very well-structured database. Also, we really like the mobile app as it is identical to the version in browser. It doesn’t have the admin settings, of course, but you don’t really need them on your phone.All our managers have this app installed, because it is just so convenient.. **What do you dislike about ELMA365?** We are not entirely satisfied with the speed of operation, it could be faster. Also, it would be great to have several CRM workspaces, not one. Monitoring work with the kanban view doesn't always solve the problem, and having more apps with pipelines would be great. **What problems is ELMA365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is incredible how one platform managed to do it all! We use it for all the work in our company: for marketing, sales, communication, and analytics. It helps us to process the customer traffic from our website as well. It is intuitive, and we are able to work with it on our own, without any experts in programming. ### 7. The system helped automate the largest part of our business processes, and now we are extending the existing functionality together with developers. **What do you dislike about ELMA365?** The company depends on the stability of this IT server. So, if the server hangs up, many of our business processes slow down or can’t be completed at all. **Recommendations to others considering ELMA365:** Ask developers for a reference visit. Also, I’d recommend requesting a test implementation of the main features, which will allow seeing how the product works. **What problems is ELMA365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use the following functionality of the system: 1. We can store the client history on our marketplace for other analytics with the use of AI. - The system is not only available for integration but, most importantly, it orchestrates different scenarios that participate in the operation on our marketplace. **What do you dislike about ELMA365?** It might take up many server resources if you try to store a lot of user actions. This requires you to optimize planning and understand if your company needs this data. **What problems is ELMA365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are still on the implementation stage. We are planning to take advantage of all the three features I mentioned above. This means that ELMA will be our control center for monitoring all the processes, systems, and users. These processes include all the steps, from the moment the customer leaves a request on the marketplace until the moment he or she receives the product. You can create simple business processes without coding, and at the same time you can leverage the system and adjust it to your needs. In the trial version of the application you can experience the main features of the program for free. For example, you can create prototypes or try using convenient ready-made modules by installing them from ELMA Solution Store. **What do you dislike about ELMA365?** Despite the fact that the system is continuously developing, it still lacks functionality. Sometimes problems and bugs might occur as a result of incomplete functions. Also, the system seems to be pretty closed, and you need to write a web service in case if there’s no API for a program. **Recommendations to others considering ELMA365:** Carefully investigate the system before making a decision. ELMA365 meets my demands — it offers a high speed of deployment and steady performance. Similarly to most programs for business process modeling, ELMA365 might seem challenging to understand. However, when you understand what and why you wish to model, ELMA and its user-friendly tools won’t seem so scary. From my experience, ELMA guarantees reliable electronic document storage and facilitates creation of BPM Notations. The ELMA platform has different applications and extensions, so you can create a system that makes a perfect fit for your business. **What do you dislike about ELMA365?** It’s interesting that the main advantage of the system causes some drawbacks. ELMA365 provides users with rich digitalization and integration opportunities, but once you start working in the system you can notice the lack of functionality that might cause confusion. So, take some time for good preparation before transferring any important data to the system. **What problems is ELMA365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our company takes advantage of almost every application ELMA365 can offer.
