What do you like best about Elite EXTRA?

Have been using Eliteextra for the past 10 years now and they have evolved tremendously. The best thing about them is that they listen to the feedback and try to incorporate all those changes in the updates they do on their systems. What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?

With any great software solution comes certain limitations. I wouldn't call it a dislike but their last-mile solution still lacks certain features like the capability for a customer to track his order online.
