Have been using Eliteextra for the past 10 years now and they have evolved tremendously. The best thing about them is that they listen to the feedback and try to incorporate all those changes in the updates they do on their systems. Besides offering a great dispatch solution their software also offers a great reporting system that helps with business analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With any great software solution comes certain limitations. I wouldn't call it a dislike but their last-mile solution still lacks certain features like the capability for a customer to track his order online. But I am sure with the way the Elite team works, they would have this and many other features incorporated in the near future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
