Elite Extra provides excellent visibility into our delivery workload and day‑to‑day operations. The visual dashboard helps us manage volume effectively, and the communication tools greatly simplify coordination with drivers and both internal and external stakeholders. It has become an important tool for keeping deliveries organized and communication consistent.

**What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?**

We don’t have a strong dislike, but we would like to see more advanced delivery estimation when building routes. Specifically, better insight into how close delivery ETAs are to each other and clearer indicators when a small traffic delay could push a route off schedule would help dispatchers identify risk earlier and adjust proactively.

**What do you like best about Elite EXTRA?**

I find Elite EXTRA very helpful for planning all of our routes and managing all of our deliveries for customers. It gives us complete control of our daily tasks for our drivers, allowing us to manage every step, action, and delivery they take. I like knowing exactly what time our drivers complete their tasks and being able to give them detailed instructions on where and when they're supposed to be at places. This ensures all of our daily functions and needs are met for our customers. The initial setup was very easy, and we were up and running in almost no time.

**What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?**

We're fairly technical, so we'd like to change things ourselves and a lot of times, we have to go to Elite EXTRA to get some basic modifications done.

**What problems is Elite EXTRA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Elite EXTRA for last mile dispatching and delivery, which helps us plan routes and manage deliveries efficiently. It gives us complete control over our drivers' tasks, allowing us to monitor task completion and provide clear instructions, ensuring we meet all daily functions and customer needs.

**What do you like best about Elite EXTRA?**

I really appreciate the customer service support at Elite EXTRA. They are great and have been instrumental in helping turn our ideas into results within the software. I find the software capable of doing almost anything we need. I also value how easy it is to train someone new on the platform, which is important as we onboard new users. Additionally, being able to easily train dispatchers and drivers is crucial for us as we run multiple sites.

**What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?**

I wish they would take more feedback on customer requested features. That process moves quite slowly and I think there is more functionality that could be added at times that apply to our business and other businesses that use the software. We'd like some ability for custom reporting. We'd like the ability to flag specific customers/stops in Elite EXTRA for high priority customers or customers we've had issues with prior to flag the dispatcher that the stop needs special attention. We'd like a way for drivers to be able to leave notes about the delivery process for a stop that is viewable and editable by a future driver making the same stop, opening communication amongst the drivers to share their combined knowledge about specific customers.

Elite EXTRA handles route optimization, enhances communication, and oversees delivery drivers. It's crucial for electronic PODs and eases training across our multiple dispatch sites.

**What do you like best about Elite EXTRA?**

I like how Elite EXTRA allows us to manage deliveries and organize them into vehicle loads based on location and weight. I appreciate that the driver app is easy to use, making the process smoother. Although we primarily use it for general route planning, being able to create returns is quite nice.

**What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?**

Just generally buggy across the board. Little things that have to be done twice to work. It's difficult to reliably capture these issues as completely random. A suggestion would be to show weights on the jobs when in a manifest so it doesn't have to be referenced at the bottom constantly. Another would be to change the dot colours of the jobs. They're currently green, so sometimes difficult to see on grass in the map.

**What do you like best about Elite EXTRA?**

I like the fact that I can just send it to a driver, and they can look at it on the app, on a tablet, and they can just go to work and deliver a load or pick up any loads that we have to do.

**What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?**

The versatility to move the loads around was a bit problematic. Like, if I have a load scheduled for tomorrow and it gets pushed, I have to unmanifest the load and then remanifest it. It'd be nice if I could just right-click and reschedule that load for another day. The initial setup was quite a work through. We had a few things to deal with getting it set up and had to go back and forth with the reps to get everything in place. Some things weren't set up quite how we had managed during our initial review.

I use Elite EXTRA for managing drivers' routes and scheduling daily dispatches, which helps organize where drivers are going and in what order.

There are issues sometimes when we utilize the Delivery Network that Elite Extra has partnered with. It's rare when we use that feature but the times we have, we've run into slight issues.

using Elite Extra has helped us keep track of our drivers in real time but also solve the issue of capturing POD. We now have those signatures stored for easy access to share with customers and our internal team.

**What do you like best about Elite EXTRA?**

My favorite aspect of Elite EXTRA is how easy it is to use. Even though I’m not the person in charge of building routes each day, I can still step in when needed to add stops or make route changes. Several times over the past month, I’ve taken customer calls saying we didn’t deliver what was expected, and we were able to cross-reference the invoice number with the delivery date and time, along with a photo of the products in the building and the name of the person who signed off on the delivery. It’s been an amazing resource and I appreciate the training sessions that I have been able to be a part of to learn more.

**What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?**

I haven’t had any personal struggles or dislikes with Elite EXTRA. I did have a few questions at first, but I was able to attend a virtual training for Elite EXTRA, and that session answered everything I was wondering about.

**What problems is Elite EXTRA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From a front-counter perspective, I use Elite every day to help customers who are wondering when their parts will be delivered. I can quickly pull up the routes and let them know what to expect and when their deliveries should arrive.

**What do you like best about Elite EXTRA?**

I really like how Elite EXTRA communicates cross platform with our ERP system, Epicor Eclipse. It automates the stops into Elite and batches out orders in Eclipse once the delivery is complete, which saves a ton of time and helps eliminate missed orders when billing. It's also a huge time saver compared to how we used to build routes and bill orders manually. Additionally, it's a big help for those who don't dispatch and organize routes as often, especially on days when I'm out of the office.

**What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?**

I wish there was a mobile version of the website to dispatch routes when I'm not in the office and near a computer. The text and buttons could be slightly bigger, as everything is pretty small on my laptop with a smaller screen. Also, the text size should be increased and have a better layout on the printed manifest for the drivers. A couple of guys find it hard to read the small text at 5 am. When training someone new, they get overwhelmed with everything at first.

Elite EXTRA automates communication with Epicor Eclipse, saving time by batching orders and eliminating missed orders during billing. It also simplifies route building and is beneficial for less frequent dispatchers, particularly when I'm out of the office.

Elite Extra provides our company the ability to dispatch and track our drivers in real time. The Delivery Network option on Elite Extra has allowed us to accommodate more customers without having to purchase additional vehicles. Elite Extra is a valuable business tool that helps provide a better customer experience.

One drawback of elite extra is that the sometimes the orders in our business system do not populate in the site because the API has issues sometimes.

I appreciate that Elite EXTRA has a lot of features available. The returns process is nice, and it makes managing returns easier. I like the messaging feature for drivers because I can easily reach drivers. Elite EXTRA calculates the order weights and route times, which allows us to make accurate routes for over 10 vehicles, a task that can’t be done manually.

**What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?**

It's a bit buggy. For example, when orders are removed from routes, it doesn't reflect the first time. The route has to be saved and everything redone.

Elite EXTRA manages my fleet's route planning effortlessly, factoring in order weights and times for accurate routes. It simplifies managing returns and allows easy communication with drivers.

My favorite perk about Elite Extra would have to be the accuracy of the estimated time of delivery and return. It has been with in a couple minutes max that it is off. It definitely helps me organize my drivers so mush easier!

The Least helpful thing I have noticed about Elite Extra so far is that it isn't very compatible with Saskatchewan and Daylight savings time. We don't change time and they said it is only something that can be fixed manually.

I don't like the auto emailing proof of delivery to customers. It would be better if there was a portal where I could input customer emails, and when a driver makes a delivery, they would get an email with the delivery confirmation, including pictures and information.

**What do you like best about Elite EXTRA?**

Have been using Eliteextra for the past 10 years now and they have evolved tremendously. The best thing about them is that they listen to the feedback and try to incorporate all those changes in the updates they do on their systems. Besides offering a great dispatch solution their software also offers a great reporting system that helps with business analytics.

**What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?**

With any great software solution comes certain limitations. I wouldn't call it a dislike but their last-mile solution still lacks certain features like the capability for a customer to track his order online. But I am sure with the way the Elite team works, they would have this and many other features incorporated in the near future.

**Recommendations to others considering Elite EXTRA:**

I would definitely recommend Eliteextra as a solution for Fleet tracking and management. Provides a great overall user experience and solution.

EliteExtra automates and validates returns in the event that there is an issue with a delivery in line with the returns policy.

EliteExtra makes it easy to manage and plan routes, dispatch, track the driver in real time and provide ETA notifications to customers.

EliteExtra makes it possible to set last minute deliveries for urgent or emergency items.

Sometimes the tracking sytem may not be accurate in case there are GPS or network carrier problems however that gets updated as soon as an area with good coverage is reached.

EliteExtra extra helps us to manage inefficiencies common to shipping such as delays in delivery, real-time tracking, loss or damage to items and compensation or returns in case or damaged or wrong items being delivered. This helps us to keep on top of our game.

**What do you like best about Elite EXTRA?**

I like that I'm able to integrate the customer orders to the driver handheld devices.

**What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?**

I dislike that I'm not able to turn on and engage the application remotely.

**What problems is Elite EXTRA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Driver location and improve the customer service to our customers with locations and estimated time of arrivals.
