The visual mapping system is also a real plus, offering excellent visibility on the availability of workstations in real time and facilitating coordination between colleagues. The tool does exactly what is asked of it, without unnecessary frills, and integrates perfectly into the routine of a hybrid team. A reliable solution that I recommend for optimizing office life on a daily basis. Elia also integrates easily with third-party applications, such as Slack or Microsoft Teams, allowing you to receive automated notifications. The support team is also very proactive and attentive to the needs of users. **What do you dislike about elia?** Although the platform allows you to see the layout of the offices, it is sometimes difficult to know at a glance the exact level of equipment at each workstation (type of docking station connectivity, presence of a dual screen, specific compatibility of certain equipment). If these details are not perfectly configured or documented manually by the administrators, it can create surprises upon arrival. A point of concern is the pricing structure. The initial package includes a number of reservable workstations that may prove to be minimal depending on the needs. As soon as you want to extend the use to all spaces, the additional costs per workstation rise quickly, which would warrant a more decreasing or inclusive model. **What problems is elia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Elia allows you to visualize at a glance the occupancy rate of offices, easily identifying the people present during a day.
