Who is elia pricing best suited for?

Elia's pricing is best suited for mid-market organizations of 51–1,000 employees managing hybrid workplaces, which represent the dominant reviewer segment on G2. Industries including legal services, government administration, financial services, and nonprofits appear frequently across G2 reviews of elia, typically on the Premium or Business tiers. The Premium tier fits teams needing calendar sync and SSO without full enterprise governance. Business suits growing organizations requiring custom roles, reporting, and onboarding support. Enterprise targets large organizations needing unlimited spaces, RBAC, and IoT integrations. Small businesses can start on the free tier, though G2 reviewers at that size also report strong satisfaction on paid plans.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of elia?

Elia's free tier supports unlimited users but caps usage at one module and 50 spaces, with no calendar sync, SSO, integrations, or automation — making it a functional but limited starting point. Elia's paid plans unlock the features G2 reviewers cite most: Outlook and Google Calendar sync (Premium, $500/month), SSO, third-party integrations, and automation credits. The Business tier ($1,000/month) adds unlimited users, up to 1,000 spaces, custom roles, and dedicated onboarding. Enterprise removes all space caps and adds RBAC, AI analytics, audit logs, API access, and IoT integrations. G2 reviewers consistently highlight calendar sync and SSO as critical upgrade drivers.

Is elia considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers of elia consistently rate it highly, with most reviews landing at 4.5 or 5.0 out of 5. Value sentiment is strongly positive — multiple G2 users in legal, government, and nonprofit sectors explicitly call elia's pricing competitive or fair, with one government reviewer noting the price is "extremely fair." A mid-market construction reviewer flags that per-workstation costs can escalate quickly when scaling beyond the included bookable units, and one computer software reviewer notes the base package's bookable unit count may feel minimal for larger deployments. Overall, G2 reviews of elia indicate strong value for mid-market hybrid teams, with cost concerns surfacing mainly at scale.

"Impeccable ease of use for office booking"
4/5
What do you like best about elia?

I really like the ease of use of Elia. It is easy for an employee to book a desk, and as an admin, it's surprising how easy it is to create spaces and desks. I also like the regular updates that add features. It's nice to see that there is constant improvement in the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about elia?

I had a case where I was wondering what our number of seats was with our current licenses and the information was difficult to find. I had to contact support for that. Otherwise, I would like to see the heat map improved with perhaps heat spheres where we can define the size ourselves. In my plan, the circle unfortunately does not extend beyond the offices.
