**What do you like best about Election Runner?**

Election Runner is easy to use, flexible, and inexpensive. It has all the options I need in a balloting platform. It also makes it easy to send voting links to people whose ballot maybe didn't make it or went to the spam folder. Some platforms won't let you add voters after the election has started; this one allows you to add and delete voters as well as change their contact information even while the ballot is live.

**What do you dislike about Election Runner?**

I wish the email templates were a little more customizable. Sometimes the settings are a little hard to find when you clone an existing ballot. It's much more thorough when you start fresh, and it walks you through everything.

**Recommendations to others considering Election Runner:**

Check into the features you are looking for to make sure the platform supports your voting processes and then compare pricing. Don't pick one just for the price. You might wind up paying for something that doesn't work for you.

**What problems is Election Runner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to save lots of money on paper ballots and postage by moving to an electronic platform. I tried several different ones before finding Election Runner. Election Runner is a great value. The pricing is very affordable and has all the features I need.
