Eightfold AI utilizes a vast library of related terms to help identify candidates that will likely qualify for the skill sets that I am seeking. Teaching recruiters about boolean search strings is time-intensive and sometimes I feel like filters (like in LinkedIn Recruiter) screen out too much. What I dislike with Eightfold is they have a high turnover rate and the support/relationships that you've built connections with, is contantly being reestablished with knew folks. This benefits me because it allows me to support end users and ensure the talent recruiters are bringing in are qualified, skilled and come from many different backgrounds. The most helpful part of Eightfold is the Prospects section. Having the ability to revie candidates that could be a potiential fit right in the ATS is a greeat time saver. The only thing that I dislike about Eightfold is the funcunality of the Chrome extenstion when searching on LinkedIn.
