The best thing about this platform is its augmentative live agents with real-time, context aware assitance, this platform equips us with enough relevant knoweledge and responses are made wider and clearer. This platform reduces the manual efforts of human intervention and addresses the repetitive questions occured from the customers. This platform's AI features help in deep down analytics and reporting.

**What do you dislike about eGain Virtual Assistant for Agents?**

This platform is intuitive, but needed a very structured knowledge to extract its full value. And hence, their initial setup needed a more structured and hassel approach. Also, this platform's AI integrated feature is a bit complicated when compared with other AI platforms. Their interface can be more polished in terms of accessibility.

**What problems is eGain Virtual Assistant for Agents solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Egain solves the problem of having inconsistent customer support, agent dependency and lack of technical expertise. This platform helps us in real-time, reducing the average handling time. Also, this platform helps in improving first contact resolution. With this platform, we can ensure compliance and accuracy by faster onboarding of new agents.
