"Best In Class Monitoring"

What do you like best?

The best thing about eG is it delivers complete visibility across our entire infrastructure from Layer 1 to Layer 7, switches, LAN, to hosts to applications like Citrix, SQL, HYper-V and Exchange. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

eG delivers huge value. In some cases it has allowed us to avoid buying new hardware. The old approach of throwing $$$ at slow performance is mitigated because eG pinpoints the root cause. This saved us tens of thousands of dollars by avoiding the purchase of new/additional servers. We are able to maximize completely the existing hardware we have.
