I've had to support different types of applications over time and i've been able to get these monitored and to great depth every time. The topology views are great, the layered model presentation of each application makes it real easy to use. Often i am called upon to explain what happened during the last few days and in that context, i find the historical reporting really useful. The ability of the tool to support both synthetic and agent-based monitoring is also very useful for us as it gives us both perspectives - the external and the internal perspective.
