## About Effebot
Effebot is a voice mailing service. It provides smart automated mass calls with speech recognition and IVR. It can be apllied both for incoming and outcoming calls. Effebot is easily integrated into any system via API. It shows full statistics in real time including the records of every call. Effebot is widely used in different business areas: e-commerce, finance, business and customer services, education, etc. It helps with notifications, promotion, surveys and other business tasks. Effebot is a productive and simple solution for your calling needs.

**What do you like best about Effebot?**

Speed, I guess. You can call dozens of your contacts in a minute. Price is really low either and I liked that I pay for a particular task to be done, I mean due to you pay for conversation with a person, no need to buy any subscription or choose the best calling plan, etc.
And managers. They are the best, truly! Manager Dinara suggested me the cheapest solution – I was surprised because usually, sale managers tried to sell more than a client really need.

**What do you dislike about Effebot?**

Well, the interface is quite clear in general, but some features I just missed, because they are not obvious and hide in different places or were placed under a cut. If I did the first mailing by myself, I think I would be lost.
The robot is useful for calls, but you should voice everything by yourself – the robot voice is to machinery, unfortunately, everyone can guess it isn’t a human. It’s primitive, maybe they will improve it in the future, but now it’s not competitive with neuro nets services.

**Recommendations to others considering Effebot:**

I do not think this the most innovate solution on the market, but it simple and cheap one. If you have small business, like I do, it will be a good instrument for you.

**What problems is Effebot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used it to remind about the time of the webinar. I collected the base of the numbers manually from the broadcastings’ website and then make the robot call twice: 1 day and 20 minutes before the webinar. Before I got around 15% of participants of those who registered, after calls, I got 40% - I think it’s a good result. It's cool that you can call in a such short time - people don't have enough time to forget your message.
