Being able to scan anything directly into my computer makes it much easier to work with and keep organized. eFax Online Fax Service brings my communication options together in one place, so the sending process feels straightforward and simple. Overall, it’s easier and more dependable than relying on the printer/fax features. I do not use a fax service very often, maybe once or twice a year, but I keep the subscription because it is so easy and quick to use. **What do you dislike about eFax Online Fax Service?** I had it well learned and knew just how to use it until the interface changed. So I'm still in the process of learning the new software. With the older interface it was very easy to follow. For me, the newer interface seems to have a lot of things "hidden" throughout the program and directions to find some things are not very clear. I know technology is quickly changing but I don't think jumping into the "new way" is always to the advantage of the customers/clients of eFax. If it's not broken, there is no need to fix it. And the older version of eFax, for me, was not broken. If anything, the newer version seems broken and scattered. With the older version, it was very easy. I would not recommend this newer version to a "new comer" to fax online software. Perhaps eFax could offer a free, online tutorial. They may have, I don't know. But just using eFax the way I do, I'm pretty much self taught; just like every other software I have ever used since back in the late 80's. Not everyone is able to "self-teach. Because I don't have a need to fax very often, I can't find time to learn it. Each time I use it is a new learning experience. If I had the time to devote to only e-fax I think I could learn it quickly, I am a fast learner, but I just don't have the time. **What problems is eFax Online Fax Service solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't have to fight with a printer/fax anymore. eFax simplifies faxing by pulling everything into one place, and the sending procedure is simple and easy. You used to be able to open up the fax directly and it was viewable, but now you have to click a link to view it. But, for the occasional need for a fax machine, Efax is perfect. It's easy, fast and reliable and the rates are great! Plus the ability to login on the go and fax is a great advantage. **What do you dislike about eFax Online Fax Service?** The only thing that Efax doesn't do (or at least I don't know how to make it do), is give me a fax confirmation. I realize it can't do that immediately in most cases because it takes a little while for most jobs to be completed.
