Edrone is an incredibly intuitive and powerful platform tailored perfectly for e-commerce businesses. So far, I haven’t encountered any significant issues. If I had to mention something, it would be that the initial setup requires a bit of time and effort to fully utilize all of its advanced features. However, once everything is in place, the platform works flawlessly.

**What do you like best about edrone?**

Edrone is a company that definitely stands out in the market in terms of its customer approach. What I appreciated most was the professionalism and openness in dealing with the staff. Communication was very clear and important information was provided in an accessible and understandable way. It is also worth emphasising the readiness of the team to help - you could always count on their support and involvement in solving problems. An additional advantage was the way in which the employees addressed the customers - polite, partner-like and trust-building. This approach makes cooperation with edrone a pleasure! I currently have no negative comments about edrone. My experience has been purely positive and the contact and cooperation has been seamless. If there are any issues that require improvement in the future, I will certainly share my observations. At the moment, the company meets all my expectations.

**What do you like best about edrone?**

Edrone consist of a wide range of tools our company has been in need of for a while. While similar platforms exist, edrone provides all of our desired tools in one place. Whole platform is exceptionally intuitive - both in terms of usage and initial integration. Customer support is actively looking out for our needs, providing help and useful piece of advice.

**What do you dislike about edrone?**

We have yet to run into a con of using edron, however, should we find something worth noting, we'll be happy to share it with the company's customer service.

**What problems is edrone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since the firm I work in is running an e-shop, during our rapid development, we have run into an issue of not being able to fully take advantage of the sheer amount of customers we are getting on a daily basis. With edrone's automating tools, we are able to generate more regular customers, as well as actively helping them choosing the right product. Edrone's tools save us a ton of time managing on-site scenarios, that we were used to manage manually.

**What do you like best about edrone?**

automation of email and text message marketing activities to the customer who buys or visits the website.
I really like the RFM analysis, I know where I am and what I still have to do.
Mailing abandoned carts, text messages for birthdays, mailing rewarding for the biggest sales
mailing 20 days after purchase informing that it's time to come back and buy cat litter again.
I really think it's a very good tool.

that it does not absorb sales data for the last six months, and learns like an idiot from the beginning.

I don't have to do emails, because I have everything set up,
and the program itself sends emails after purchase, 25 days after purchase it reminds me that it's time to fill in the gaps

Firstly, it's extremely important to mention how professional and friendly the staff treats you. I must confess that I've never experienced such a good communication. If there is a lack of this crucial aspect, everything falls apart, but not here, of course. The platform offers a comprehensive suite of tools that make it incredibly easy to manage customer relationships and marketing campaigns. Edrone’s automation capabilities allow for personalized, real-time interactions with customers, which greatly enhances engagement and conversion rates.

I have had an opportunity to work with the Edrone and so far, I can confidently say that I see no disadvantages.

I am very positively surprised by the number of possibilities that the edrone platform offers me. Previously, various companies offered me various automations, but never so comprehensive. I feel very well taken care of by the representatives, everything is clearly explained. I usually don't trust something that looks too beautiful, but this seems to be working so far!

I haven't found any disadvantages yet, maybe sometimes I don't fully understand some indicator, but it's all nicely explained in the help center

Edrone is a platform that stands out for its intuitive and almost childishly easy operation, lightning-fast consultant support, and intelligent approach to automation. By collecting and analyzing user data, it automatically adjusts actions, which facilitates marketing management.

**What do you dislike about edrone?**

No possibility to adjust the design to light and dark screens.

**What problems is edrone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Edrone saves abandoned carts through automation, maintains customer relationships, and sends product recommendations. The built-in AI suggests how to construct, for example, an email subject line. You can also use built-in templates for newsletters. For me, as a sole proprietor, this is a significant convenience because I don't have the time to dedicate to such activities, for example, in Mailerlite. Here, you just need to set it up once, and it will work on its own.

- the program is user-friendly and very easy to use,
- recently they have been introducing a lot of changes and improvements for the user,
- I think it will be perfect for small and medium-sized enterprises that are building a database or have an average number of contacts,
- ready-made automation scenarios are a great help, they only need to be adapted to your business,
- contact with support is hassle-free, and all questions are solved on an ongoing basis,
- I also use onsite very often (e.g. social proof), which are a nice and attractive addition.

**What do you dislike about edrone?**

- the waiting time for modifications is quite long and you can feel it,
- it is not entirely possible to manage a larger group of contacts (e.g. from a specific tag). For this purpose, you should contact the Edrone helpdesk directly,
- I'm waiting for the new segmentation (which has already been announced).

- the benefits can be seen in increased sales from direct mailings of newsletters,
- it is very easy to build a contact database,
- Automation scenarios also bring concrete benefits,
- onsie and push messages look nice in terms of image.

The dashoboard has friendly design. In the beginning it seems to be complicated to work with but you will be driven by personal and then it is more easy. Of course it takes some time but after that is really easy to work with edrone and you get all information about your ecommerce one place.
Customer Support helps you and there are traingins online twice a week.

**What do you dislike about edrone?**

The manuals and tutorials are recorded with old layout of the dashoboard and litle bit useless. Edrone should update them asap.

Edrone helps me to return the customers who did not finish the transaction and to build the database for the newsletters.

**What do you like best about edrone?**

The edrone system is very user-friendly and intuitive. Even though I started working with the system with no prior knowledge of email marketing programs, I quickly mastered the entire system, and with the support of the edrone team, I gained knowledge that helped me elevate my work to a whole new level. Even though I have been using edrone for almost 3 years, they still manage to surprise me with something new in their training sessions and webinars. The system is constantly evolving, and the team responsible for it is always eager to consider customer feedback.

My only complaint is the limited control over the placement of onsite elements, which can sometimes be difficult to integrate into the page, especially when the page is overloaded with content.

What I appreciated the most was the excellent support during the implementation process. I received all the information I needed, along with invaluable assistance in deploying specific solutions. The system itself is very user-friendly and offers a lot of great reports that really motivate you to keep improving.

I was disappointed with the functionality of the countdown feature in emails. Additionally, while the database grows quickly, it’s frustrating that database hygiene isn't considered in the billing process.

Support is invaluable at edrone, every idea I had/have is carefully vetted by support, who share concerns and suggestions for implementation. They resolve technical issues in a reasonable amount of time and always keep you informed of changes and corrections. Obviously very easy to use MA system!

**What do you dislike about edrone?**

Definitely very little ability to segment and customize the database, to filter by specific attributes. That's what we were missing.

I really like customer support that guides very clearly through all the implementation process. System is very simple and has a lot of fuctions and I am sure it will improve our remarketing process. Integation seems to work fine, the whole process was very fast, now we use the system every day.

For now I can't estimate the income/cost ratio, but I hope it will be satisfying.

A platform that combines CRM and marketing automation. It facilitates customer analysis and tailoring appropriate offers and messages to their needs. Good support during implementation as well as post-implementation - a consultant with whom you can regularly discuss strategy and gain valuable insights. Integration is easy and seamless.

Quite a high price for small e-commerces.

What I like best about edrone is its powerful automation tools that make customer engagement and marketing campaigns incredibly efficient and personalized. It’s like having a marketing team working for you 24/7!. 
The way of integration is also a big plus.

Initially, the Edrone panel seemed unintuitive. However, over time it all becomes simple and obvious. Additionally, recent visual changes in the panel have also made the tool easier to use.

Great contact with the caregivers, who are a great support at the beginning. The edrone service is very simple and after implementing the scenarios, everything happens automatically. The program has many functions: reminding about abandoned carts or suggesting additional products. The integration, although it seemed difficult, went quite smoothly. I use edrone every day, which allows me to react promptly to changes in sales reports.

Everything I need at once. Intuitive and clear layout. It's easy to design newsletters and automation paths. I send newsletter twice a month. I like the integration with online shop, because I know how succesful the mailing was.  I also value quick responses on support chat.

Text of newsletter look differently in the creator box/preview than after sending. Sometimes it's hard to edit properly and I have to try many times.

We think that edrone is a very good tool for every companys to increase sales and bring in customers. For now we can tell that tools offerd by edrone are very easy to use and implement. Customer support is really helpful and supporting.

As a marketing specialist in the B2C sector, I am looking for solutions that will be useful, simple and quickly help me achieve my goal. I have a few brands under my management and what I like about Edrone is the fact that I have all store panels in one login module. I have never specialized in marketing automation and I must admit that at the beginning I was afraid whether I would be able to set up scrips myself, but it turned out to be really simple. I had a few problems, but the consultant helped me and sent me an online tutorial. I also appreciate the possibility of copying sales scenarios; for several brands, it really saves a lot of time. A plus for a nice and efficient configuration with my CMS.

I know it's a security issue and it should be an advantage, but I often don't want to look at my phone to enter the code for 2 FA.

Edrone is a tool that does the work for us, making it easy and intuitive to use and implement. The functions and capabilities included in Edrone help us with daily work and planning of marketing and sales activities. Using the right scenarios has a positive impact on customer experience and helps build positive relationships. The implementation of Edrone was smooth and it integrated easily into the store platform. Thanks to automated processes, we don't need to intervene often. We use it 2 times a week.
What, in my opinion, distinguishes Edrone most from other tools of this type is the customer service. From the very first contact I rate it 5 stars, and I will admit that nowhere have I encountered such a high level of communication, customer care and commitment.  The staff demonstrate professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude. I highly recommends Edrone as a first-time user and hopes to fully explore all the advantages of the tool.

I don't see any drawbacks at this stage. 
We are only at the stage of getting acquainted with the tool, but it looks very promising.
