In addition to the videos in our ECP University, we have a new online Knowledge Base that includes other resources such as training guides and webinars. These resources are always available to users so they can learn at their own pace when it's convenient for them. We also offer one-on-one support to assist with specific questions that arise. Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review on G2! We strive to make our software as easy to use as possible, which allows for simple training and seamless implementation. I am excited to say that our development team plans to release an update this Wednesday that will allow you to add notes when passing meds. Our team is also building out additional reporting features to include medication, treatment, and documentation errors, allowing for more visibility on patterns and trends that may be occurring. You can look forward to this being in a release soon.
