**What do you like best about ECOM 2.0?**

It supports Food Industry based eCommerce setup also, not just like typical no coding stores which are mainly build for Fashion Apparel categories.
Food industry setup includes feature like delivery time. It also let us manage orders from all channels like Amazon, Alibaba, Ebay, Etsy.

**What do you dislike about ECOM 2.0?**

I didn't find anything bad, so it's a win win SaaS based product.

**What problems is ECOM 2.0 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It lets us integrate Amazon eBay Etsy and other eCommerce channels easily without much technical expertise. And also supports powerful warehouse management where we can update inventory accross all channels from a single place. no more penalties on self cancelled orders and helps maintain account health.
