Use of their platforms saves us time, provides data in a user-friendly manner, and seamlessly allows for both high-level and deep dives into data. I have never seen another company so responsive to customer questions, concerns, and suggestions as well as constantly improving their current products and expanding to offer additional modules to meet customer needs. Echo Data Analytics allows us to quickly and easily access data so we can then use our time using that data to make improvements, rather than spending our time trying to obtain and understand our data. The QA features also help us to fix mistakes we've made and makes our data more accurate. **What do you dislike about Echo Data Analytics?** There really isn't anything I don't like about Echo Data Analytics - they are amazing! **What problems is Echo Data Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Echo Data Analytics provides dashboards with critical information such as payroll, tracking our Paid on-Call Firefighters' requirements (call percentages, shift counts, training requirements), running payroll reports, and an operations dashboard with data relating to call volume, response times, incident types, heat maps, quality assurance reports, and more. All of these data points can be filtered in numerous ways, allowing for high level looks or deep dives into our data. The data also links seamlessly with our records management system to allow for simple reference and editing of our incident reports or data points to ensure we have good data going into the system. ### 2. Echo has done an excellent job addressing our needs, especially when it comes to creating formulations and rules that align with firefighters' requirements, even as those needs evolve with policy changes. **What do you dislike about Echo Data Analytics?** Sometimes I realize that I rely on it a bit too much. While this isn't exactly a drawback, I do get frustrated when the information I need isn't available in the data and I have to request an enhancement. With so much readily accessible at my fingertips, I've become accustomed to instant gratification. **What problems is Echo Data Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communicating timely and accurate information to stakeholders and employees has significantly reduced the amount of staff time spent searching for and compiling data, both for payroll purposes and firefighter callback requirements. This improvement has also enabled command staff to make decisions about response and resource deployment based on factual information and historical results, rather than relying on intuition. ### 3. I don't have time in my day, or the knowledge, to create my own Ad Hoc reporting, and Echo Data Analytics takes care of all of that for me. ### 4.
