Like for instance, In order for your company to run promotions, you have to purchase an extra plugin... among other things. **What do you dislike about Ecalypse?** Everything! The customer support is not only incredible slow (imagine having an issue with the platform, not being able to have your customer to book the car quickly and having to wait up to a full week for a reply) but even after you get a reply, their reply isn't the solution you need it, and you have to start all over again. Just horrible! **Recommendations to others considering Ecalypse:** Just don't get it, buy another tool, preferable that is based in the USA for ease of the support. **What problems is Ecalypse solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have had MANY issues since I made the mistake of spending my money on this tool. In videos, it looks so amazingly good, then you purchase it (you can't accomplish anything with the free version of it) and realize how incredibly complicated the software is. Im not a developer, but I have work with software for many years, I have built several websites from scratch, I can say I have a pretty solid foundation to understand how software run, but thins, is just too complicated it gives me headaches... And I don't even understand why they had to make that complicated anyway?! short and simple: Too complicated software, horrible customer service! ### 2. Ecalypse experience **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2018 **What do you like best about Ecalypse?** What I would like the most of this software is the easy to use at a first sight. i mean, once you log in in a new software is not always immediate to find independently the way to proceed with the first steps. Once we started to use Ecalypse we found shortly more value added in terms of effort and time consumed than the previous software. Also, my colleagues in the first days or weeks of usage are experiencing a good feeling with this new software. Of course this is a good sign that we are going in the right direction for the next future of our function operations inside our company. **What do you dislike about Ecalypse?** I would say that colours and font used could be chosen better in order to have a deeper experience. Of course, they are just opinions due to my liking and they couldn't be considered as absolute truth. Sometimes, also, the waiting time between the phases are too long and not responsive as they should be. Perthaps this effect could be caused maybe due to some script or deadlock in the queries to be checked.
