EasyContent is a content workflow and approval platform for agencies and in-house teams that publish website and marketing content with a lot of reviewers. It replaces the usual mix of docs, spreadsheets and email threads with one place to plan, write, review and approve. Content is organized in a page tree that mirrors the website's own sitemap, so every page of copy sits where the page will actually live. Approvers review page by page against the site structure instead of hunting through a folder of files named v3_final_client_comments. How it works: Approval workflows. Define your own stages, assign a named responsible role to each one, and set automatic due dates. Nothing moves forward without the right person signing off, and every approval is recorded. Review like Word, collaborate like Google Docs. Live co-editing with per-user color-coded change tracking. Reviewers mark up drafts, authors accept or reject each change line by line, and full version history keeps the record. Client review without accounts. Send a shareable link. Clients and outside stakeholders comment and approve without signing up, and guest reviewers are unlimited on every plan at no extra seat cost. Templates and briefs. Custom fields, word and character limits and style guidelines are built into the template, so every writer starts from the same brief. Editorial calendar. Month and week views with status filters and drag-and-drop rescheduling across all projects. Asset library. Per-project file storage with folders, search and pinned comments on images. EasyAI, governed. EasyAI Writer drafts to your templates and style guide. EasyAI Editor suggests improvements to grammar, structure, brand voice and SEO. Every AI change is shown side by side against the original for a human to accept or reject, and lands in the same version history as a human edit. Administrators control who can use AI at the account, project and user level. Integrations. Publish to WordPress. Figma, Zapier, a REST API and webhooks are available on Studio and above. What do you like best about EasyContent?

I really like EasyContent because it helps our content marketing company avoid version confusion, ensuring that the content we publish is always the version the client approved. It allows us to coordinate edits among our large team without the hassle of emailing documents around. I appreciate that it gives us a shared workspace, which makes getting things done easier. The customizable workflows and permissions are fantastic, letting me create a process that suits our team's unique needs rather than being stuck with a default. It allows us to work with clients in the tailored ways they need, enhancing our service. The initial setup was a breeze, thanks in large part to Nicola, whose onboarding call and quick responses to questions made the transition smooth. Most of the team found it intuitive and easy to use. What do you dislike about EasyContent?

What do you like best about EasyContent?

Fantastic customer service, easy to manage multiple projects at once, great platform to use with contract writers. Recently they've incorporated in-line edits and that has been a game-changer. "EasyContent Makes Managing Content Approvals Incredibly Easy"

What do you like best about EasyContent?

We had a website project with over 100 pages of content with an editing and approval process involving multiple people. Plus approvers varied between the different pages. Keeping track of everything was a nightmare until I found EasyContent. EasyContent made the process so easy! It gave us a single source of truth for the content and approval process and was just what we needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EasyContent?

If someone approves content to go to the next person in the approval process, and then sees a mistake that should be fixed, they can't fix it without asking for the next person to manually reject the content and send it back to them. (Unless they are an administrator, in which case they can jump in and fix). However, Dmitri and the team at EasyContent have been super-responsive and have got a fix coming for this soon. What problems is EasyContent solving and how is that benefiting you?

When you have a website with a lot of content pages, keeping track of exactly which content is approved and by whom is a nightmare to do manually, or with Google Docs, etc. Especially when multiple people are involved in the approval process. We had 8 steps in our process and had to track over 100 pieces of content - from the writer, to internal agency approval, then 3 stages of client approval, then keeping track of which content had been inserted, and a peer-review of the inserted content. What do you like best about EasyContent?

EasyContent has all the tools we need in one place. I love how everything — from content production tools to team management tools — is integrated. Everything just works seamlessly. You can define a template for your content, create workflows, manage deadlines, and do everything right within the platform. So much better than using spreadsheets and shared cloud folders.
