What do you like best about Easy Board?

Easy Board has proven to be a very user friendly platform for our Board of Directors, there is no substitute for the "Magic Links" feature, this was a game changer for us. And every EA tsked with managing a portal of information like this, will appreciate the flawless transition Easy Board provides for communicating with their BOD and Executives. "Truly Easy to Set Up and Use—Already Saving Me Time"

What do you like best about Easy Board?

It truly is EASY. It was very easy to set up, easy to talk to the team, easy to onboard, and easy to fix errors. It’s still new to me, but it’s already saving me time and has me looking into the higher versions of the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Easy Board?

After using the program, I’ve found myself thinking about additional features that aren’t currently offered. What I appreciate about EB is that they’re always asking what those needs are and working to incorporate them—for example, vote tabulation and minute taking. What problems is Easy Board solving and how is that benefiting you?

For my work flow, Easy Board is saving me a ton of time. My last board meeting I did my old method and the new EB method at the same time, and the difference of how long it took between the two was substantial. it also solves problems of finding information in different places - meeting link in a calendar invite, a poll to fill out in an email, reminders to send reminders, repository of board meeting documents on network drives - this puts everything in one spot that is super user friendly. "Purpose Built Tool for Board Organization"

What do you like best about Easy Board?

Very helpful to have a source of truth and a built in structure for meetings and documents. As our board naturally brings on new board members it is important to have structure and not keep reinventing organizational systems. Easy Board has been great in providing that structure. What do you dislike about Easy Board?

It's another site, and another login. It can take time to remind people to check in. The user interface is functional but could be more friendly. Not a big issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Easy Board solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a nonprofit organization with a diverse board. People join our board for 3 - 6 years and bring many different experiences with them, and many different ideas about the best tools and systems of organization. Turn over can degrade and duplicate organizational systems. It is really helpful to have a purpose built tool that limits the amount of time and thought going into admin systems. "Effortless Board Management, Seamless Announcements"

What do you like best about Easy Board?

I like how easy Easy Board is to use for the end users specifically. We have some technically challenged people on the board, and I love that they just get the emails, and all they have to do is click, and it takes them right to the page they need to be on. As I said before, we use the announcement feature all the time. I think I sent three announcements out in the last two days, and the board responds to them, so I know they got them. I also like the new feature with the Outlook integration. It makes it so that meetings get automatically scheduled on the calendar, making it easy to check them. The announcement feature is super easy to use when I just have a piece of information that I want to share with everybody. I can type it in, click on the board or the particular committee, and it’s done without needing to sort through Outlook. It's nice to have an at-a-glance kind of calendar, where I can see just the Easy Board meetings without having to filter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Easy Board?

This isn't a "doesn't work as well for me", but I'd love to see the inclusion of AI to maybe take notes during the meeting a kind of auto minutes feature. And also to help me build out agendas. "Intuitive, Comprehensive, and a Single Source of Truth"

What do you like best about Easy Board?

I use Easy Board for our non-profit board. I love the RSVP calendaring and the ability to see everything and everyone in a digestible UI. It's great to look at the document repository, which is our single source of truth. It's easy to use and very intuitive, one of the better collaboration tools I've used. The initial setup for my personal login was flawless, super easy. What do you like best about Easy Board?

Our foundation reviewed dozens of board portals, and nothing compared to Easy Board. Its simple yet efficient interface is exactly what our board needed. The Magic Link feature has been especially helpful, since we have a lot of material our board needs to review, and having that link pull everything together makes it much easier. For the time being, there really isn’t anything we dislike. From the start, the team was very honest with us that they have a lot of features in the works. What problems is Easy Board solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easy Board is giving our board members the ability to review board material on the go. Whether a board member is traveling or simply wanting to specifically pull up information that pertains to them they can do that as quickly as possible. Today everyone is on the go and connected digitally- it was time our board made the change too. Now board members are more educated and have the ability to review all board materials at any time. As an administrator, I am able to make last minute changes to important board material so that our team can be up to date to make vital changes to ultimately meet our boards goals. Easy system to use and set up, fairly intuitive as we onboard our team.

Amazing customer service support and onboarding.
