"Robust Surveillance with Room for Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Eagle Eye Networks?

I like that Eagle Eye Networks allows me to view up to 10 camera feeds at once, which is a powerful tool for problem-solving. There's also a lot of flexibility with how I can watch the footage, like slowing down or speeding up the feed to focus better on a problem. Plus, I find it very useful to pull and download camera footage, making it easy to share with others, which is important since not everyone can use the tools directly. This capability is very good for maintaining the safety and integrity of a building. Overall, it's been straightforward to manage access control across a large number of properties. When they rolled out the new version of the product, it was very clunky and confusing to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eagle Eye Networks?

The one downside I find is when I am trying to look back at past history because it automatically tries to bring me to where it detects movement it at times can be very frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Cameras with Helpful Support and Handy Audio Recording"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Eagle Eye Networks?

Its great and is always working, the customer service is good too. we like how we can look up things and we like that one camera has audio recording as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eagle Eye Networks?

how long it takes to go find something on the cameras, because of buffering or it says offline, I'm mean it takes for ever to find if a client left something and we have to review the footage to see if something was stolen or who left something so we can contact them, like its a huge waste of time waiting on the buffering. "Effortless Management with Powerful Cloud Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Eagle Eye Networks?

I like that Eagle Eye Networks is camera agnostic, allowing for seamless integration with both legacy analog cameras via a bridge managed switch and new IP cameras without needing a full hardware refresh. The centralized multisite cloud management is great for managing users, viewing live feeds, and retrieving historical footage from one web browser or mobile app, without needing local NVR maintenance. The flexible retention options let me configure different retention periods per camera, which helps optimize cloud storage costs. I also appreciate the AI smart video search and the smooth experience of cloud centralization, including granular retention and bandwidth controls. Setting up was pretty easy, just involving a network switch and simple portal login, making it seamless and uncomplicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eagle Eye Networks?

I find Eagle Eye Networks to be a bit challenging due to its bandwidth dependency, especially in areas with limited upload speeds which can lead to latency issues or require intensive tuning of the bandwidth allocation settings. Additionally, the interface feels cluttered which can make navigation less intuitive. The subscription costs are also on the higher side, making it a consideration when scaling quickly.
