It provide a great customization features that helps us to integrate our existing applications with Dynamic CRM. It makes the business process smooth and transparent. Every records can be tracked centrally on cloud environment that increases our productivity. **What do you like best about Dynamics Solution?** customization and integration with other applications is the best feature of this CRM system. we can build our own custom application in this with minimal effort. **What do you dislike about Dynamics Solution?** some time it behave very wired or due to network slowness it take some time to reflect the actual data on the User interface. After refreshing the current data start showing there. Nothing else I found negative with this system. **Recommendations to others considering Dynamics Solution:** please go for this if your business is vast and you want to manage everything under one umbrella. Then Microsoft Dynamic CRM is the best solutions that provide you clear picture of your business flow and process. **What problems is Dynamics Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?** we manage our day to day sales data over this system. It makes the process smooth and shows us a very clear picture which helps us to take decisions using these data. Technically I found this system bug free and provide a very good responsive user interface with lots of valuable information. ### 2. The User Interface (UI) is non-intuitive. I'm really am not a big fan.
