It just does the job it says it does. It clears up the junk, allowing me to get to my real mail and put items where I can review them later without having to create rules for each mailbox manually. The support is outstanding, really fast and knowledgeable. I appreciate not having to have an admin go into quarantine to find client mail as Spamsentinel allows us to verify the mail and make sure real communications come through, not items from compromised client email addresses. The setup was easy, with installation on the server and entering the license keys, and their documentation is very thorough. **What do you dislike about Spamsentinel?** Nothing **What problems is Spamsentinel solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Spamsentinel for spam and phishing protection. It organizes newsletters and clears junk, so I reach important mail without setting manual rules. It's easy to maintain, rarely has false positives, and their fast, knowledgeable support saves time verifying client emails. ### 2. Over the years I have looked at and discarded various AV and Spam solutions until I found Spamsentinel. We started using Spamsentinel back in September 2021 and continue to renew our annual subscriptions. I recently retired from my role as CIO, but my old company continues on with using Spamsentinel, because IT JUST WORKS ! Setup was interesting for us, given we host Domino on Linux servers and use Windows clients however the support provided by the Spamsentinel team was sensational - especially given the time zone difference to us Down Under. We had some very specific filtering requirements, including blocking fake emails from senior staff and the rules and configurations were able to be tailored to our detailed needs. As mentioned out Linux back end was "different" but one we had the software integrated, we have not had to do much other than apply our licenses on renewal. **What do you dislike about Spamsentinel?** Initially the main issue for us was time zone difference, but the support team overcame this quite easily. **What problems is Spamsentinel solving and how is that benefiting you?** Filtering the inbox - moving SPAM and NEWSLETTERS to the appropriate folders, keeps the inbox clean.
