**What do you like best about DualDesk?**

The license is a one time purchase. You buy it and then you have it without ongoing fees.   It's easy to deploy and works better than remote desktop.  There isn't the need for as much configuration like routing.

**What do you dislike about DualDesk?**

It's an older program.  Everything down to it's website feels like older software.  It feels very much like remote desktop except that it works better.

**Recommendations to others considering DualDesk:**

Take a look at your environment and see what you need.  The solution may or may not work depending on environment.  Also if you are configured correctly Windows Remote Desktop may work instead in which case you wouldn't need to purchase anything else.   Since we have a number of users that are on Windows Home Edition this guaranteed they could connect.

**What problems is DualDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DualDesk allows you to screen share and share control of a remote computer.  It's a small program so it's easy to deploy and install.   Since the license allows you to use it after purchase we are able to provide it to guests to be able to integrate them with our radio show.
