He answered my questions and then walked me through how to use DropSecure and its specific components. **What do you dislike about DropSecure?** It would be helpful if one could upload folders in DropSecure. **What problems is DropSecure solving and how is that benefiting you?** In New Mexico, all licensed attorneys will be required to have succession plans and one particular requirement is that a subsequent ("Assisting Attorney") must have access to current client documents and Trust and business documents. DropSecure should be able to meet these needs. ### 2. We use the platform as a client portal. Clients upload files to the portal. We needed a simple client portal for our clients to send files reliably and securely. DropSecure does that. It solved a need we had. **Recommendations to others considering DropSecure:** Don't think about making the switch. Just do it! **What problems is DropSecure solving and how is that benefiting you?** Overall lower operational costs, superior customer support, and a beautiful UI - Am I in heaven? ### 3.
