DORA REGISTER is a very well-thought-out register allowing for comprehensive management of ICT contracts with the possibility of efficient creation of reports for our own needs, but also for supervisory authorities.

The authors of DORA REGISTER provided and continue to provide us with support at every stage of the process, from the offer, through implementation to everyday use.

They provide a very flexible and individual approach to the client, providing solutions tailored to the needs and individual preferences.

Changes were introduced very quickly (up to 48H) to adapt the register to our needs.

Generally, DORA REGISTER has no disadvantages.

Of course, there are some inconveniences (e.g. the need to search for the same values ​​several times), but they are the result of the DORA Regulation, not the structure of the register.

The application is intuitive and well-build and after a few sessions with a consultants I could understand the logic of the app, how it works and what are relations between the particular parts of the app.
