**What do you like best about dontgo?**

It is a great way to try and capture additional customers that might have just left the site. Not only does it pop up as you go to exit the site, but the chat feature also answers questions for someone who is still hesitant. We not only implemented it into all of our pages on our website but we recently added it to our pay per click pages as well to help generate additional leads and potential revenue.  We have not only received the leads, but we have also received a bunch of phone calls as well.  They are able to track all of these for you and give you a detailed weekly report of the different clicks, form fills and phone calls over the 2 minute mark. 

**What do you dislike about dontgo?**

We have been using this feature for a while now and have not found anything that we dislike. They are always finding ways to update the technology and add additional features to make the tools even more beneficial. 

**Recommendations to others considering dontgo:**

Definitely try this! We started with the trial and we were very happy with the results that we have been using it ever since! We have integrated it into all of our website pages as well as our pay per click campaign pages for optimum results. 

**What problems is dontgo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are gaining more potential clients from these tools.  The abandonment tool is capturing people that we would have not otherwise been able to reach out to and for people who are still hesitant about sharing their information, they can actually communicate with the chat feature which will answer additional questions for them to make them feel more comfortable and that has actually helped a lot as well!

**What do you like best about dontgo?**

The software gives visitors the opportunity to learn more about our products and get their questions answered early on which convinces them to move further along in the lead process.

**What do you dislike about dontgo?**

Nothing has come up that is dissatisfying.

**What problems is dontgo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the click away issues we have had in the past. More and more potential customers are stopping to read and learn more about our products.
