It is a great way to try and capture additional customers that might have just left the site. Not only does it pop up as you go to exit the site, but the chat feature also answers questions for someone who is still hesitant. We not only implemented it into all of our pages on our website but we recently added it to our pay per click pages as well to help generate additional leads and potential revenue. We have not only received the leads, but we have also received a bunch of phone calls as well. They are able to track all of these for you and give you a detailed weekly report of the different clicks, form fills and phone calls over the 2 minute mark. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
