What do you like best about DonorScape?

"Essential for Wealth Screening!"

What do you like best about DonorScape?

We only recently (within the past couple years) started using DonorScape to screen our parents. Typically, we don't use a wealth screening company because we utilize Reeher for our every day needs and constituents. However, the parents of incoming freshman need to be screened earlier (i.e. before they are even in the system) so we started using DonorScape. We also recently increased our subscription so we could use it for a different project. Anyways, it is really user-friendly which I love. I found it very easy and straightforward to submit our own batch uploads. Also, the information that is then given to us has been instrumental in determining which alumni should be assigned to our gift officers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DonorScape?

There is honestly nothing I have come across that I dislike. The platform is really easy to use once you do a batch upload so I have no complaints! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DonorScape solving and how is that benefiting you?

As mentioned above, DonorScape is crucial in our parent screening process. We are currently utilizing it to find prospects for a special fundraising project. This has helped us immensely as the pool of prospects is huge and has shown us out of that pool, which prospects we should be focusing on for larger gifts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DonorScape?

--DonorScape's improved interface makes it easy for researchers, fundraisers and leadership to use the platform.

--Results are clear, verifiable, and users have control over the accuracy of the wealth indicator matches.

--Ability to querying and build lists includes all search fields you might need.

--Ability to add custom fields and search on these fields

--DonorScape knows grateful patient programs and does a good job of advising from implementation through your first year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DonorScape?

The only issue we had to work through is the lack of an elegant solution for bringing in the duplicate patient name/wealth rating when they see multiple doctors. We have the data we need, it can just be clunky to sort through duplicates and this inflates the number of top ratings we have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
