I use ThankView every day, and it’s very easy to use with a straightforward interface. I’m excited to see the upcoming upgrades and how the platform continues to grow. We have ThankView and Pledgemine integrated through Evertrue, and overall we’ve been very happy with our experience.

I do think the connection to our CRM is somewhat limited, but that’s more on our side than on ThankView. ThankView is where I handle most things, and its performance has been outstanding. I honestly can’t remember running into any real issues with it. There are a few limitations with the video capabilities, but overall it’s a great product, and I feel like I’m getting my money’s worth.

We already had the product in place by the time I came on board, but we meet with our customer support manager frequently, and she is amazing. She answers all of our questions and is genuinely a joy to interact with. The feature I love most is the automated birthday scheduling, because it makes birthday campaigns so much easier for me and I don’t have to worry about them for the rest of the month. I can’t really think of anything Evertrue-specific, but for ThankView I’d say I’d like more customization in how everything appears in the email. Sometimes the video message looks a little strange, or the buttons and message end up off-center. I’d also really love access to a wider range of fonts. We have a very specific brand guide we have to follow, so technically every time I send an automated video campaign, I’m breaking our brand guidelines because ThankView doesn’t include the correct fonts. ThankView helps us connect with our constituents in a variety of ways, and it has strengthened those relationships. Our customer success manager, Marie, has also been amazing to work with.

The platform is user-friendly and continues to perform well, even with heavy workloads.

There are glitches sometimes with using ThankView's platform. We typically watch every video before sending it, to double check it's quality and accuracy. There have been multiple times where I accidently "select all" right before clicking "send", because the platform had a delayed loading time and the buttons moved last minute.
