**What do you like best about Domino CRM?**

What suits me as a non-tech person working in tech is that it is easy to use and setup. Takes little time and effort, while promising sufficient potential for my daily needs

**What do you dislike about Domino CRM?**

They are gradully expanding their range of features and challanels, yet, I would be happy if they implement a truly '360-degress solution'

**What problems is Domino CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I build bots that assume responsibility for routine customer interactions and also use their broadcasting functionality
