Somewhat dated and could us a modern design revision for even better user experience. We have been searching for a product to fill this need and just began using DocVerify. I love the automatic notification I receive when an individual submits an electronic signature. The email contains a pdf file of the signature information as well and this is helpful and step-saving for updating records. A very easy to follow process for all involved. **What do you dislike about DocVerify?** I have not discovered anything I dislike about DocVerify. My only concern might be that it looks like there are so many more things I can do with DocVerify and I need more time to investigate all these other options. So far, my experience has been A+. **Recommendations to others considering DocVerify:** I would recommend considering DocVerify. To answer your question about moving the stamp. After you have dragged and dropped the stamp element onto the page, simply put your mouse over it, and click your left mouse button. While still holding the left mouse button simply move it to where you want, and then let go of the mouse button. Now it will be in a new location. ### 14. I buy credits and they expire at the end of 30 days. I will be cancelling. **Recommendations to others considering DocVerify:** If you are going to do remote notary for the 1st time, I recommend that you use a different software suite. **What problems is DocVerify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solution was to have one place for me to do remote notaries. I have not realized any benefits. **Official Response from David Andrews:** > We are sorry about your experiences, but we are a subscription based service where on the anniversary day each month it resets like most subscription based services monthly plans; however, the Enterprise annual licenses reset on the annual anniversary day as opposed to each month on the monthly month to month plans. We also do allow non-contract clients to cancel at any time without penalties. Additionally, we are only the e-notary platform that enables notaries to perform either electronic or remote notarizations independently unlike other remote notary call center providers, and as a courtesy we have created a directory allowing users to find notaries. Ultimately, it is the responsibility of each notary to market and advertise their own services like any other business in order to attract more clients even though we do try to go above and beyond to help notaries succeed as we firmly believe that the notaries success is also our success. DocVerify is still the most affordable solution available, and we do our best to keep our fees as reasonable as possible. ### 15. However, we do our best after the state goes live to attempt to streamline the process as much as we possibly can in order to make it as easy as possible for the notaries. I don't like that way that you pay for credits that can expire at the end of the month, why would it matter if I used them in one month or another? Digitally signing with Doc Verify is a clunky and time consuming process. Also, "Land Surveying" is not listed below as an industry. **Recommendations to others considering DocVerify:** I would try Doc Verify and some others before you commit. **What problems is DocVerify solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can digitally sign documents and email them instead of overnighting them. Land surveying documents entails documents that don't conform to the traditional letter or legal sized documents, and sometimes because of the larger sizes it becomes challenging to try to meet every expectations. We have done the best we can to try to accommodate the larger sizes; however, the system is optimized for typical document sizes. They are very quick to respond and have always been extremely friendly and easy to work with. They were very helpful in getting us setup and answering questions whenever we had them. **What do you dislike about DocVerify?** User interface is not great. It difficult to find what you need in the admin tools until you get used to it. The signature process could be better. We've found some users have been confused on how to finish signing pages. Updating templates can also be tricky. Wish there were some preset hiring form templates in the system. **What problems is DocVerify solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using the system for the hiring on-boarding process. We have been able to add an electronic signature process for our new hire paperwork. ### 36. It has been a good tool for us. **What do you dislike about DocVerify?** We use DocVerify with Salesforce.com and it is not yet set up to use with SFDC's Lightning interface. That should come soon, I hope. **Recommendations to others considering DocVerify:** If you have looked at other applications, be sure to review this one as it saved our small business a lot of money. **What problems is DocVerify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sending quotes to customers to sign is easy.
