Depends on where you are located. For example here in Texas you have to be an active Notary Public and then you can use a platform such as docverify to purchase the required certificates and e-stamp as well as apply through the website for your remote notary commission. Some states such as Texas require you to also apply directly through the state and submit documentation from docverify

Not as easy as it sounds. Requires patience and some computer skills.

Becoming an e-notary on DocVerify is easy.

1. Create a free account. http://www.docverify.com/register
2. Sign in, click on "Notary Portal"
3. Click the Notary Application button
4. Fill in your commission information.

It's that easy!
