I really like the ability to place the fields where I need the customer or the notary to put information. It makes it really easy for sending out documents that I have a template for. **What do you dislike about Proof?** I think the only issue I have with Notarize is the lack of ability to see if requests were sent. I can see if they are attempted or if they are completed, but I don't get any information on if the link was actually sent. **What problems is Proof solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves the problem of getting a notary. It allows our customers the ability to easily get documents signed and sent back to us in a timely manner. This benefits us as it allows us to process customer information quicker than sending out a physical paper and waiting for the customer to visit a notary themselves. ### 2. The site is user-friendly and appealing to look at. It operates in almost all the states our business is currently in. **What do you dislike about Proof?** The only thing that I don't like isn't really anything that can be helped, I only wish Notarize was available in certain states where the current rules don't allow for remote notary services. Also, I am a california notary and would love to be able to use the platform to get business but I can't do that, and it's not Notarize's fault. **What problems is Proof solving and how is that benefiting you?** Notarize is solving the problem of having documents notarized in a cost-effective way remotely and easily. Our team is able to be more productive since we don't have to do the work of finding a notary ### 3. It runs fairly well, and I appreciate how you can also add text to the documents. **What do you dislike about Proof?** I experience the occasional bug when trying to put in text. It could also do with some ability to adjust size of the text to better fit the document. Also the ability to adjust email or numbers after sending if the customer changes their contact information without having to redo everything would be nice. **What problems is Proof solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sending documents via mail leave alot of room for the documents to be lost or stolen. Also the speed of transmission can allow nearly immediate signing of documents and little delay in registration. ### 4. It is a pretty handy tool! **What do you dislike about Proof?** It is hard to know if a request was sent to a customer or if a customer has signed and notarized their documents. It would be ideal if a notification were sent to the administrator's email to have more visibility. **What problems is Proof solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows our company to get documents signed and notarized by customers without having to send physical copies to them and have them go out of their way to get said documents notarized ### 5. I also love that I don't have to send customers documents physically and that they do not have to try and find a notary. **What do you dislike about Proof?** Sometimes a document that gets filled in, whether by the customer or notary, can be messy. Words over lapping, or the font are too small. But other than that beautiful service. **What problems is Proof solving and how is that benefiting you?** Notarize allows us to send documents to the customer virtually rather than physically. This not only saves time, but allows the customer to notarize documents without having to pay out of pocket. ### 6. I find it very useful as my job requires a quick turnaround for the documents we send to our customers. **What do you dislike about Proof?** One of the most challenging things about Notarize is probably the number of menus that fill the screen. I believe the UI is excellent. It can just be overwhelming at times. **What problems is Proof solving and how is that benefiting you?** Notarize assists me in getting a document notarized when I cannot physically travel to a customer and have them complete a document. I've been able to send and receive the needed documents within minutes. ### 7. The easy to navigate landing page. It shows all the POA's i have out there. We have only used paper POA's until now. **What do you dislike about Proof?** I dont really have any downsides that I can think of other than i wish there was a way to sort the transactions by document name. That is the only imporvement. **What problems is Proof solving and how is that benefiting you?** The turn around time for POA's so we can close deals faster. This has allowed us to be more efficient. We can send and have completed POA's more frequently. This has increased the turn around times on deals. ### 8. Also a detailed history of the transaction is provided along with the video. **What do you dislike about Proof?** Nothing comes to mind....last i knew, they were only available for iphone so maybe expand to android if they havent already. **Recommendations to others considering Proof:** Highly recommend! Very easy to use and understand, both from an originator standpoint and from a signer standpoint. Lots of detail provided with the transaction. **What problems is Proof solving and how is that benefiting you?** Notarize is very helpful in cases of suspected fraud. With their identity verification tools and the video of the signer/notary being provided, it helps us know we're entering into contract with the right person. ### 23.
