Upsides of Docupace are that they are continuously evolving and adding more to their platform. It is really neat to see the emails coming through see what they are offering. I feel that Docupace does care and are responsive to issues presented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I feel that the closeness of relationships has been lost a little. With the site that I work with we have become out dated and it over a year now that we are working on a game plan to be able to experience all that Docupace has to offer. Where do I begin? THe interface is old, clunky and non-intuitive. I had been promised multiple times That the interface would be changed. In 10 years it never was. Whenever we needed tech support, which admittedly was not that frequent, it was very difficult to get to. It was very hard to move data from Docupace to our CRM. And the indexing process, frankly, sucked. In addition you guys didn't bill me for 19 months and now you want all the money. To say that I'm not happy, is an understatement. I was leaving anyways, but now I'm leaving a very unhappy and vocal former customer. There's more, but you get my point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's clearly designed with financial advisors in mind. It allows you to assign one file to my multiple clients, which is great for planning, since often times we search by a client or spouse name. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's not designed for solo reps. For example, every time I create a new client, I have to select my self as "rep", even though I'm literally the only rep in the firm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
