His style is impeccable. While being a document editor like a lot of others, it has a beautiful interface and a lot of interesting choices. It helps you to place those documents in private and to be able to customize who can read them, to edit them. I just love being able to see the corrections or any details that my co-workers add, it's an incredibly useful communication tool, fast and simple. **What do you dislike about Documize?** The bad thing is that on a number of occasions when I decided to upload or convert a PDF file and send it by email, some graphics were transferred. It's not easy to export files. Another problem it had is that, since it has so many features and resources, it's not easy to find them at first. You get lost, it may take a day to get used to all the resources. **Recommendations to others considering Documize:** I recommend it to improve the organization not only at work, it also serves the educational field. It has a free version which allows you to test many options. **What problems is Documize solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it as a collaboration method only in the sales department at work. We 're constantly adjusting the speech and dealings with customers, and we're all working on the same paper, and it's very easy to edit and be aware of all the material. The privacy option of certain files as well as the development of groups allowed us to organize ourselves in a more efficient way. Thanks to the fact that the files are stored in the software, we can find them easily with key words. ### 2. As per price, it will need to include a few more functionalities comparing to its price. We have to add sorting by date/time option to make searching easy. **Recommendations to others considering Documize:** Documize is best for online document storage in a secured manner. I was able to create files for our application developers to refer to the navigation and troubleshooting of our system. One of the best features is that users can search the file library using keywords, which makes it really easy to get what they are looking for. **What do you dislike about Documize?** Something I notice is that the pages will not save the sections you have added to them; Each section you must save before leaving the page. **Recommendations to others considering Documize:** It provides an integrated file environment that fits the organization, which makes it absolutely easy for anyone to write and amplify Attribute content and share information. Its a very well designed, easy to use and versatile. The hectic part of documentation is now the best part of my job just because of Documize. There should be some customisation in the packages as well. A single place to compose docs and share know-how, without the mess of email, chat apps and sync folders Creating, editing, reviewing, approving and reading documents takes up a large part of most peoples workdays. **What do you dislike about Documize?** none Documents come in many shapes and sizes, and, despite Microsoft marketing, a world of documents exists beyond Word, Excel and OneNote: be that other types of MS Office formats such as Visio or Project, PDFs or less frequently used specialist formats such as SGML and XML. **Recommendations to others considering Documize:** he product is open source and runs on premises or in the cloud. From its release it could ingest Word docs and convert them to a very high fidelity HTML version for online editing. Im not a very tech savvy person so when we started using this tool, I was able to pick it up and use it easily instead of struggling **What do you dislike about Documize?** I think the price is a bit expensive. I kn ow that document security is important and people will pay this price anyway but for me, I think it is too expensive and should maybe include more features regarding sharing abilities or something **What problems is Documize solving and how is that benefiting you?** we had to publish a manual for a new product we created. it was convenient for the reasons I stated above. The only drawback was the frequency of the updates. I know you guys were trying to make it better constantly but maybe update every week or every other week- it just helps with the frequency issue ### 9. So, everything is in real time. You are guaranteed to be looking at the most recent document. I also find that the security features make it a better service than others because it allows for you to dedicate which users can access which parts of a document. This has made it useful for my company as we take security very serious - since we deal with health and medical information. We trust Documize with our most sensitive documents. I also like that Documize is online - so, it can be accessed from any computer or device. **What do you dislike about Documize?** There isn't much that I have found to dislike about Documize at this point. I have found that having increased options for the ways in which you are able to view/sort the documents would be helpful. I recently was trying to access a document but I wasn't sure of its exact name/title and I had a difficult time finding it (especially since we have so many documents currently on Documize). Being able to sort by date added would be helpful in these situations. **Recommendations to others considering Documize:** I highly recommend Documize for any company that is looking for a secure way to get documents on a cloud that can be accessed from anywhere, at any time. I recommend taking the time to learn about all that Documize has to offer and its features before initial use - this will ensure that you are properly using the service and getting the most out of its features as there are many important things that Documize has the ability to do that you could easily overlook. For example, assigning security permissions to specific users. **What problems is Documize solving and how is that benefiting you?** Documize has allowed us to be able to securly access documents from any location. Since we travel a lot, having access to documents on any device is imperitive. Even more important is ensuring that all documents are secure. This is difficult to find in many free or low cost cloud hosting services. Documize provides us comfort in its security features. ### 10.
