It seemed complicated to setup multiple groups to view their invoices. We pool all invoices together so we can’t have certain people view only their departments invoices, they would see all invoices. I like that the product has custom workflows. Working in Healthcare we have many needs and requirements, with DocStar we can customize the product to meet these needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocStar ECM?

Being so customizable is my favorite thing about the product but it is also a negative. Since our workflows are custom we are limited on support options. We often have to wait for the developer to have an opportunity to get back to us so that he can look at what he developed for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
