## Dock Reviews
 ### 1. Dock is great for client collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I like that you can work on combined checklists with clients, but retain sole editing access. Dock is perfect for implementation sites, evolving resource sites, and internal checklists. You can easily add slides, pdfs, comments etc. You also get analytic insight into who has accessed to the site or viewed it.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

I dislike that sometimes I get logged out and need to log back in, even though the spage I'm accessing is public (as long as you have the link).

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock has helped us implement a professional looking collaboration site for our implementations and onboardings. Dock is saving us time, because we create templates and duplicate and edit for new clients.

 ### 2. Would recommend Dock

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel J. H. | Senior Technical Implementation Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I've been using Dock for a few months and have been really impressed, by how much easier it's made sharing info with clients.

Templates - It's been really easy to build out a library of templates with content for each step of our processes in sales and onboarding. Then we just choose the piecws we need for a project, add them to a workspace, and it's ready to share.

User-level link analytics - Love that I can see which pieces of content are being clicked and by who, so I know who is engaged and who needs a bit of a nudge.

Embedability - You can seemingly add anything to a Dock workspace. In our onboarding clients need to submit info via forms, review and approve PFDs, and watch training videos. All of these can be easily and beautifully added to the client's Dock workspace.

I'm excited to get more members of my team using Dock so we can get the efficiencies of integrating it into all stages of the client relationship!

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Dock is super versatile but starting from a blank page can be intimidating. I would love to see more pre-created templates tailored to different use cases.

Currently creating the Docks is a manual process, but I have been told by their product team that they are working on creating workspaces automatically from opportunities in Salesforce. Really looking forward to this feature as it will be a huge time saver!

The pace that Dock releases out new features has been impressive and I can't wait to see what they roll out next!

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock is really good at addressing the problem that it can be really hard to get clients to read emails and take the actions we want them to take.

With Dock I'm not needing to send emails with tons of links/attachments or trying to get a client to login to a software to see a timeline or submit a form. Instead I'm able to have a single hub for all those things.

Getting a client to click one link and to access it all, is a whole lot easier.

 ### 3. Intuitive and Approachable Platform for our Clients

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julie O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Dock?**

We use Dock as a Client portal in our Marketing Agency and Dock provides our team an opportunity to connect more seamlessly with and deliver assets to our clients consistently. By consolidating communications in the platform, we are able to track feedback and deliverables in real-time and provide our Clients with a clear, at-a-glance update of outstanding tasks/reviews. The layout of the platform is intuitive and approachable and allows us to share multiple deliverables clearly and easily. When we've had any requests or flagged any issues, the Dock team has responded quickly and correctly. As a team, we are eager to find more ways to incorporate Dock into our interface between clients and projects.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Collapsible sections would be helpful for Clients easily overwhelmed/distracted by information.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidating communications and feedback in one place has cleared up our CRM of unnecessary and overwhelming email threads. Projects move along quicker and with less confusion.

 ### 4. Amazing Product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lillian H. | Marketing Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Everything. This software is truly amazing and can be used for internal organization, project management, and client-facing portals. I can think of about a million ways to use it.

I create a lot in Dock, and I really like how simple it is to use. The user interface is clean, simple, and self-explanatory, but you can still do so much with it.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

The one thing I would ask for is the ability to embed MP4 videos and sometimes formatting looks a little off when uploading landscape PDF slideshows - but I am pretty sure they are working on it. They are very proactive!

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Dock for just about everything! We create portals for our partners and investors that act as a central repository for everything they could need. Working at a startup, every minute of your time counts and Dock really streamlines our partnership process and helps keep those relationships strong without the need to chat as much. We also use it as an onboarding portal for new employees.

 ### 5. Dock manages projects perfectly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Florentino Rafael M. | Senior Data Scientist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Keep track of all projects and assign them a completion deadline, then move on to something else. Assist team members who have completed projects to avoid taking them over or debating whether or not they have been completed. Assign deadlines to staff who work directly with them to ensure they meet them for success. Dock is more fluid, has a more intuitive interface and is more practical. I had a pleasant experience with it. It was easy to learn and my work group had a lot of fun working together and assigning projects through this application. If I could get all employees to participate and receive incentives for using it, we would increase our productivity by 50%. Everyone has different methods of accomplishing projects, however, we should limit ourselves to a single program like Dock.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

This is not beneficial to Dock, however, I wish there was a way to hold team members accountable when they are not actively participating in Dock and we do not know whether or not they have completed their tasks if they are not logged in.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The places where you are best suited are when you are partnered with more than three individuals or when you are involved in a product launch along with other departments. For the project to be successful, you need to know which team member is responsible for what work and have them actively logged into Dock to report where they are in their responsibilities or if they have completed the work. This ensures that everyone has completed their work, allowing for a successful product launch. It is not recommended in scenarios where the project has less than 5 component steps and is a process that continues without interruption.

 ### 6. All in one easy prospect to customer onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dwight L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Ease of use, flexibility and timely stats. Love the cleaniliess of it all.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Lots of configuration, at first it felt like using an android, with two many things to do, but once you figure it out and learn to simplify it really is easy.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provide a one-stop shop for prospect review, but also a way to give tasks and establish a mutual action plan

 ### 7. What I have been looking for !

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Whitney N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Customer-centricity. This app is oriented for those that are paying for services while also being incredibly easy to use for service providers. I am absolutely delighted and my team is too! Look forward to moving to the next use case.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

It's a young organization. There are aspects that need a little bit more maturity. That is to be expected but I am amazed at the current trajectory and how the team listens to its customers.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Portal for prospects. Sales to CS handoff. Customer onboarding. Customer value tracking. Soon renewals. Excited by the flexibility of this product and quick learning curve.

 ### 8. Great for early start up sales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock is very easy to use and easily intergrates with other platforms meaning you can manage the full sales process through a single Dock Page.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

There is little ability for personalised company branding and varying the layout.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to have specific microsites for a variety of buyers, allowing us to manage large scale tailored outreach.

 ### 9. Dock has changed my team's life

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock has, in a short amount of time, transformed the way to collaborate and communicate with our customers who are in onboarding. We have already seen a reduction in time spent preparing for calls. Less time spent during kick-off calls. We can collect and move through the technical implementation component of our software which has been the biggest bottle neck during onboarding.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

I wish that there was more flexibility in the fonts and layout capabilities.I know that they will get there. I also wish there was more granular analytics that was extractable for various use cases we have.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Dock today to help improve our customer onboarding experience. We've seen an immediate result in helping our customers move through onboarding quicker and also know what they have completed, what's in progress and what they need to do next.

 ### 10. Changed the way we onboard & communicate with cients

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** chloe p. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Dock?**

It has a very user-friendly interface -- both on the back-end and on the client-side. It's design options are simple, but look polished and easy to absorb.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Some of the navigation to templates could be improved (there are workspaces and section templates, and it takes me a few tries to find where each live). I would like the option to collapse/expand sections. The upper navigation bar helps, but it can be a lot to scroll through content.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously lacked a well-organized, well-designed way to communicate with our clients. We never had a great way to share historical/onboarding information as well as customized (e.g., check-lists and timelines) information. We used email, Google Drive, and a handful of other things, but there was never a single source to contain it all.

 ### 11. I'm not even compensated for this review — I just love this software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter F. | Business Development, Government Programs and Revenue Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Dock?**

-Powerful proposal-generator — like PandaDoc, but cheaper, more elegant, and easier for reps to build on.
-Really really easy templating system.
-Extremely easy to get started — I rolled my entire proposal generation process with 7 separate templates within a couple hours.
-Less is more — a very focused UI helps my clients focus on the proposals.
-Has been incredibly easy for my reps to pick up. Very straightforward user interface for usres.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

-The content editor can be a bit buggy sometimes — nothing too frustrating.
-I wish it had better integration support (I can't integrate to Zoho CRM)
-It's annoying how every time I go to log in, it forces me to re-type in my workspace URL.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock is a more easy-to-use and lightweight PandaDoc alternative — it's the ability for me to quickly build a Squarespace-esque brochure for all of my prospects.

 ### 12. Awesome tool for onboarding teams and can be used throughout the entire customer journey

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hadley S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Dock?**

- Super easy to build, clone and customize templates
- Holds customers accountable to action items with assignable tasks
- Super helpful for not only onboarding discussions, but also things like renewal plans or enablement guides
- Dock team is super responsive, helpful and open to feedback

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

- Would love to be able to see some more in depth engagement metrics while in the landing page mode

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock helps us onboarding customers at scale and also gives us a space to share enablement resources and track engagement

 ### 13. improving my deal cycles tremendously

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nate S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock has changed the follow up game. After every intro call, I will send over a Dock that has tons of content, a demo video, customer success info, etc. It makes it so easy to provide the customer will all information needed.

One single doc to find all of the content. I also loved using Dock for Mutual Action Plans and onboarding docs.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

nothing -- I have been using the tool everyday and will continue to do so

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-deal velocity

-manual follow ups

 ### 14. Using Dock skyrocketed my closing rate & my clients love it

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Faizan S. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Dock?**

It's aesthetically pleasing for clients, easy to use, it improved my sales process & client relationship as well. I love how easy it is to duplicate, make templates, and create portals for each individual client. It just increases the value of my service.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

I wish it was compatible to do automations with zapier/make! That's the only downside, but I'm sure they're working on adding that asap.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows me to give my clients an individualized portal which increases my brand value in the eyes of the client. It looks high quality as well and is useful because clients can sign contracts, pay invoices, and start the onboarding process all in one place.

 ### 15. Great tool for sales collateral

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ghalib S. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock provides a blank canvas for us to build a multimedia portal specific to the customer. Our product covers many use cases, so it's easy for the sales prospect to forget things we mentioned in the demo call.

Dock is a single portal to contain everything we covered in the demo call. That way, our prospect can share it with their team (a picture is a thousand words and all that), where it can also be referenced post-sale.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Only a couple. There is no way to make separate pages of content (for example, a pricing page and an onboarding plan) - everything goes on one page. Also, the view analytics could stand to be richer.

I mention these optimistically because I know the team will address them soon - they are very receptive to comments from their customers.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock lets us build a single and personal customer hub for all pre and post-sales content.

 ### 16. I fell in love with first use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex P. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Dock?**

We were looking for the one stop solution to onboard our clients in our agency business.
We did not want to use Notion or Google Foorms, but were looked for more collaborative tool.
I'm excited how Dock really fit all of our need & our clients are totally happy that they can see at which stage we are.

Also we are looking forward to use more of the Dock functionality.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Everything is fine, the guys have the proper timeline.
Well in my personal humble opinion they should focus more on SLACK integrations & more 3-rd apps integration.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding of the clients for different agency products.
We have different standartized streams which vary.

 ### 17. Fantastic, easy to set up

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Dock?**

We use Dock for focused landing pages specific for certain clients. It works extremely well!

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

There's a lot going on, so we're just figuring out how best to use it.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it as a landing page for certain client groups - it allows us to provide a highly focused offering to help with outbound. It works very well.

 ### 18. Dock is a game changer for buyer enablement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen R. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Dock?**

We use dock at every stage of the sales and customer success process to educate our buyers, provide value, and make our customers' lives as easy as possible.

It helps us enforce a high standard for how reps communicate about our product and value, and removes a ton of friction with managing 30+ opps/rep at the same time.

Also big+ to Dock's product team - they've made consistent & meaningful improvements.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

No complaints yet.

In general - I believe dock is going about the "mutual action plan" in the right way. Buyers often are not going to take the time to fill out a bunch of info, and that a consolidated resource without a big ask is most useful in most scenarios.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've actually had customers doing a business case to their CFO, pull up the Dock and just scroll through it.

 ### 19. One-of-a-kind Versatility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ron K. | Head of Growth, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock allows us to create world-class partnership dashboards to keep a wide variety of assets from various sources all in one place. If you already have powerful customer-facing cloud services from places like Airtable, Google Drive, YouTube, and more, you can plug and play instantly with dock to get something off the ground in a matter of minutes. I set up a collaboration environment we put into production in under a half hour WITH some pretty robust security controls like domain whitelisting. Any other tool - this would have taken me days.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

I wish that Dock had some native Zapier integrations that we could use. Dock has such a great interface and you can get away with Zapier function under the hood in embedded portlets - however, if Zapier would be natively integrated we could take more advantage of Dock's UI.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock allows us to spin up content quickly and solve problems that would have PLAGUED our web development organization to develop and maintain. This allows as to appear professional, work quickly and adapt to changes with our Dock dashboards as they come our way.

 ### 20. Our sales process is so much better with Dock

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley W. | Co-Founder and COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock has been an excellent addition to our sales process. Instead of sending long emails with attachments, which is outdated and clunky, we send a nicely branded "sales room" that our prospects interact with and share internally. Love that it's one link and a consolidated place to show specific case studies, collateral, etc we want our prospects to see after a call.

We also use it once we've qualified the prospect, and we turn that sales room into a space to share our mutual action plan and pricing.

We are huge fans of Dock. Plus, their support is great, and Alex, the founder, takes time to get to know his early customers, which I appreciate as a customer (and founder myself).

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

The only thing I "dislike" is that Dock hasn't quite replaced the other proposal software we're using. They now can show pricing on the Dock page, which I like, but you can't build and send a proposal.

As soon as they provide the ability to create proposals and handle signatures, I'll be consolidating everything over to Dock and it will be a perfect tool for us.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Follow-ups for sales meeting, keeping info consolidated and making our brand look fantastic when we share info with prospects.

 ### 21. Dock is critical for customer onboarding and communication

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Prior to using Dock we were relying on email communication to onboard customers and impromptu meetings to update them on progress and share resources. Dock has streamlined this process dramatically for us and we now have all information in one place that is easily accessible by our customer success team and our customer's team. Huge time saver.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Nothing so far, Dock has been a great tool for us.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to using Dock we were relying on email communication to onboard customers and impromptu meetings to update them on progress and share resources. Dock has streamlined this process dramatically for us and we now have all information in one place that is easily accessible by our customer success team and our customer's team. Huge time saver.

 ### 22. Transformational

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David T. | Chief Growth Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Transformational app for any organization. We use it with customers and they love it...our internal folks are starting to take notice. We're now developing synced content sections that we can mix and match for different scenarios. The embedding function is for me one of the coolest features, it just works. The founder is a great guy and I'm a big fan of the tool. Try it and if you need outsourcing, look us up, STAFFVIRTUAL. Cheers

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

No API and Analytics Access yet. They are working on things hopefully in the future is there. Need to have this to be serious.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it with customers and they love it...our internal folks are starting to take notice. We're now developing synced content sections that we can mix and match for different scenarios.

 ### 23. Dock Streamlines Onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leah F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock allows us to clearly communicate the onboarding process with clients. Using Dock streamlines communication and project workflow from the client side, they always know where to go to find the latest deliverables.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

As Dock continues to evolve, we would like to consolidate the full onboarding process, including signed MSA agreements.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding clients, Simplifying the sales process, increasing sales, providing project analytics - what are clients viewing? What is most important to them?

 ### 24. Great tool for customer onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam F. | Enterprise Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

We started using Loom on recommendation, with our Onboarding Lead spearheading the implementation. Our primary goal was to streamline and standardize our onboarding process; we feel this has been accomplished. The best part about Dock is the one-stop-shop it provides customers with the technical and strategic aspects of our onboarding.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Based on my experience, the fundamentals are here with Dock. That being said, there is still room for the software to mature. I'd like to see improvements primarily to editing capabilities and formatting. However, this feedback is nothing that detracts from value.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned, our primary use case is for customer onboarding (whether new or a refresher). It's benefited our team by bringing a more consistent and scalable process to our customer success program.

 ### 25. Game changer!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taylor P. | Enterprise Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I've worked is SaaS sales for 10+ years and one of the hardest things to manage is the follow up stage with engagement and content. Dock is the best tool for me and my prospects!

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

There's not much to dislike. Maybe having a chat feature where my prospects could ask questions, and I could provide answers would be nice. But other than that, it's a great platform.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After I demo or have a call with a prospect, it isn't easy to send them all the relevant information and know if they're engaging with the email and the content I send. With Dock, I can have multiple content pieces and call-to-action invitations. I can see when they're engaging with it, and the customization is fantastic.

 ### 26. Dock is ESSENTIAL for any startup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robyn S. | Head of Onboarding & Customer Success, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock is great for keeping everything in one workspace for clients. Instead of emailing back and forth, we send them one link - making it SUPER easy to create and share an onboarding action plan, pricing quotes, presentation decks and much more. Alex (CEO) has also been an incredible help with some of our strange queries and even responds with personalised loom videos answering our queries. I cannot recomment Dock enough. I wish we found it sooner! Since joining Dock our sales and onboarding journey's are seamless.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Only thing I wish we could edit is the currency on the quote section - but I've been assured it's in the pipeline.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since joining Dock our sales and onboarding journey's are seamless.

 ### 27. Levelling up post discovery call follow ups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock helps consolidate all the most important resources about your product to help arm and build champions following that first disco call.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Currently there is no way to put workspaces into folders, so that page looks a bit busy after a while

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidation of resources, and makes you stand out from competitors.

 ### 28. Brilliantly designed to SOLVE core challenges faced by sales & product marketing teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vered F. | Head of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Easy to use. Automatically tracks views and engagement. Customizable. They seemed to think of everything needed from a design perspective.
It's clear that this was designed by people who lived and understand first hand the challenges that we face as product marketers and sales leads.
It was so easy to share with my company and get people excited about using. Really helps us engage with prospects and clients. Already setting us apart from the crowd.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Can't shorten URLs so sometimes those look a bit long when shared with clients but I'm sure they will address a way to mask : )

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- tracking sales cycle activity and having an easy way to share docs with prospects
- sharing product marketing tools and support
- takes away the need to share docs via email or shared google folders with clients/prospects - reduces the burden of them having to download and save docs all the time

 ### 29. A great tool for the trickiest aspects of a sales cycle.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh H. | Culture Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock has been a great tool for our org. It's really easy to use, and straightforward for our prospects as well.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

The only roadblock is getting prospects to initially engage with the process. It can be done with the right salesmanship, but if there was some added functionality for email embeds or CTAs that make it easier to get prospects to engage with the Dock links, it would be easier to adopt.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onee of the key positives has been its usefulness in empowering champions of our product. When they need to sell up in their org, using the materials we share via Dock can be really effective.

 ### 30. Dock helps my partnership workspaces look clean and professional

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Malia S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Dock?**

The formatting looks clean and organized, the user interface is relatively easy, and the ability for any user to collaborate and leave comments on the platform is a bonus.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

The downsides aren't really related to dock itself, but trying to convince other people to use it that you invite into the workspace to comment and collaborate over this then via email or something.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A clean format to communciate with partners and keep them up to date on product features, deal flow, and points of contact at the organization.

 ### 31. Super useful tool for New Client Onboarding that replaced dozens of my DIY attempts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jess R. | Co-Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock has been intuitive as a new user and is very flexible in terms of layout, content type, etc. The ability to add sections that come from templates is great because you can automatically update a section across all of your workspaces instead of having to go into each one.

I also appreciate the small touches like, when you change the heading of a specific section, it adds them to a sleek-looking header.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

I look forward to more embedding options, like being able to show and interact with a Notion page directly within Dock.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock provides a solution I had been looking for (for a very long time) and tried to create myself with tools like Google Docs and Notion - a shared, clickable checklist with onboarding tasks for new clients that they could interact with WITHOUT having to create an account themselves. As we ramp up with new clients, it lets me put everything in one place - general resources, links to decks/recordings from our onboarding calls, checklists for setup needs, etc.

 ### 32. Great for sales one-pagers and collaboration with potential clients

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gary K. | Co-founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock has helped us create a fantastic buying experience for our customers. With Dock, we can better support our champions as they have internal conversations. I love how we can add embedded content into Dock, like calendars, videos, slides and more. Dock has been very valuable as we build out our sales process.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Dock is an early-stage startup with few feature gaps, but I've been impressed with their product velocity. They respond to all of my feedback.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock helps us support our buyers throughout the buying process. Dock makes it easy for buyers to understand our value and supports internal conversations with key decision-makers.

 ### 33. Great resource for revenue enablement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Dock?**

It helps create a consolidated "playbook" to share internally and externally. Easy to create and easy to use/review once shared

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Some of the UI isn't intuitive, and I can't find the break line anymore!

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enablement resources for client kickoffs / golives

 ### 34. Onboarding process has been great!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lesley R. | Senior Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Alex has been SO helpful throughout our trial and onboarding process. He's always been available to help me understand Dock's capabilities and talk about solutions for my many ideas.

We're going to be using Dock as a client portal for our marketing agency; this will allow our clients to see where each of their projects is at, create checklists so they know what we're waiting on, easily access files and GDrives. Setting up templates has been easy and Alex has helped me through a ton of it.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Would love collapsable sections so that the Dock page is less overwhelming for new users.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our clients have multiple marketing projects going simultaneously, so it's hard for them to track where each project is and what their to-do's are. This is the perfect solution.

 ### 35. Great platform to collaborate with customers during the sales and onboarding process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas M. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock makes it easy to create templates and quickly create new "Docks" for each customer. The platform is packed full of features that look nice and work well. What I've been most impressed with is how our customers have naturally started collaborating on our Docks.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

The messaging experience in the platform seems to have a bit of a lag and I'm worried at times that I've missed a question from a customer. Also, it'd be great to be able to whitelist our domain on all Docks created.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Selling and onboarding customers.

 ### 36. Dock has been a game changer for my sales career

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon H. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I use Dock after every demo I give to a prospect. It's the best and most organized way to send them a summary of our software. It is also very helpful to see when prospects log into the dock. This is a great way for me to see the health of the deals in my pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Sometimes I wish it had a better way to share the dock other than just a link.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organized follow up with my prospects.

 ### 37. Strong workspace for sales teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I enjoy dock's ability to update templates across existing workspaces and stay synced across all spaces. It has saved us countless hours being able to update a template and roll out the update to all live workspaces.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

When you hide certain template pages, it looks messy in the editing tab, and it makes it difficult to move things around that still exist in the template. Engagement scores are also hard to comprehend as they change, and there's no data on what's considered high vs. low engagement

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use dock to show potential candidates/customers resources, videos, decks, links, etc. in one easy to use resource that can be updated/synced as we roll out new content.

 ### 38. The future of Seller/Buyer Communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John W. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

The layout helps your champion look super buttoned up while they take your proposal to executives. It's easy to share, and the insights Dock provides help loop in new decision-makers and find where a buyer is in the process.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

The overview could be a little cleaner from a design perspective at the top of a template.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping organize proposals for our customers, making them easier to review. Allows our team of AEs be more productive.

 ### 39. I wish we discovered Dock sooner!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Terrenz V. | Client Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Implementing Dock into our existing sales lifecycle was so smooth. It was a natural fit and immediately helped alleviate a significant chunk of the post-call process, which has allowed me to dedicate more time to doing outreach and meeting with clients. It's been really great watching clients engage with Dock. They have a central hub to refer back to and the interface makes our information less overwhelming than if shared in an email.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

I wish we discovered Dock sooner! I cringe thinking about how much time I use to spend on personalizing emails while trying to organize relevant content into lengthy outlines.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock allows for a digestible mutual plan that provides the resources needed for our clients to make more informed decisions that ultimately move them further down the funnel. It keeps things simple and organized, and as result, we have happier clients.

 ### 40. I rarely write reviews... and I'm excited to write this one

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rishav K. | Cofounder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Spreadsheets, emails, random messages on Slack... it's hilarious to think that when customers buy software that's worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, implementing it is still stuck in the stone ages. We use it to create a great user experience when onboarding our clients to create a hub. It just feels like I'm providing a highly personalized digital experience that most organizations are unable to match

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Right now, not much to dislike. If you've used Google workspaces, the product is pretty intuitive. Designing templates take a bit of getting used to, but the pre-built templates overcome that issue

**Recommendations to others considering Dock:**

Get it and see for yourself.. truly a game changer

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem in my business: Inability to scale onboarding

Benefits: A new hire can come in and use this playbook. I can use it during my sales process. I can use it for new hires. The use-cases here are limitless

 ### 41. Perfect product to onboard customers and teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia V. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Dock?**

easy to use, collaborate, its possible to create workspases and show the information in visible format.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

For sure Mobile version should be upgraded.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No more onboarding calls, I can share all info and files, good visualization

 ### 42. I tell everyone about Dock!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin B. | Account Executive | Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock has been a gamechanger for my follow-up process with my sales prospects. The ability to have a modular document that I can produce with all the information my clients need is invaluable. It is fast, easy to use, and super effective.
Additionally, I can track engagement on the Dock. This is super effective to be able to see which of my prospects and clients are showing buying signals.

I will never stop using Dock!

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

With any new product, it has its bugs at times. The team at Dock is quick to mend those bugs. However, I did have some issues with deliverability early on. Huge fan of the teams response time!

**Recommendations to others considering Dock:**

Use it and watch the magic happen. Can't believe something like this hasn't existed previously.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Follow up is critical in any sales org. I work in a very competitive market. The ability to have all of the material that my client needs all in one living document is an absolute necessity and provides me a highly competitive advantage among my competitors.

 ### 43. Empower your champions to sell their team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake F. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock is very user-friendly. It makes our sales assets very clean and consumable for our potential clients. We love getting notifications for when our potential clients are viewing the dock.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

I wish I had a better idea of how to make our docks even better

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The sales process

 ### 44. Game changer for your sales & onboarding process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maddy C. | APAC Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Central source of truth for clients
Collaborative
The integrations are increasing by the day

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Not overly customisable for your personal branding

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consistency in our sales and onboarding for clients

 ### 45. Power up your sales process in a noisy market

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon W. | Podcaster & Video Editor, Media Production, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

A new platform for enhancing B2B sales processes that go beyond transactional deals. We offer professional services and Dock has enabled us to help manage our sales process through a living sales deck that evolves with our conversations and the progress through our process.

Our engagements tend to be in the six-figure range so having the ability to offer tools and information that can be shared with a prospect to help communicate the value of our services is crucial to win deals and accelerate our deal velocity. The dock team also listens to how we're using the tool and continues to improve based on our use cases.

Highly recommend this tool for the price, service, and value in an expanded sales process.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

The only downside - is they are young and are working hard to improve the platform. So you need to apply some patience to understand the product is evolving and growing. I see this as a good thing as being early can help shape the platform to support the needs of your company. The product is excellent, but as they rollout integrations and expand capabilities this tool will continue to grow in value.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have an extended sales process that tends to last a minimum of a month and involves multiple stakeholders and decision makers. The tool has allowed us to shorten our sales cycle and empower decision-makers at companies we're considering working with.

It also creates clarity around the next steps to help guide prospects through our process to ensure we're capturing the information needed for us to best serve clients.

 ### 46. Excellent sales/content management solution in the digital age

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom S. | AE, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Dock?**

flexible customization of the solution to align with your sales motion/process

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

no time-based alerts for delayed mutual close plan items

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

silo'd data + inconsistent content/messaging

 ### 47. Wonderful UX and great infrastructure for small or large teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

We love the ability to customize portals using Dock. We can link sections in certain template spaces to master versions so that when we make one edit it flows through to all spaces. It has saved us so much time already and the ability to iterate quickly without having to change each individual portal is an amazing value add for our team.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Nothing bad to say, it's an awesome tool and I would highly recommend it.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock provides a really great UX to our end users. People can interact with the content from the portal without having to click into another site or interface. They can scroll Google Docs or watch Vimeo videos all from the one interface.

 ### 48. Dock just makes sense. It's been a game changer for me

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George R. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock is simply the best way to collate information for customers in a sales cycle. Previously this would have been made up of multiple emails with multiple attachments, with no real sense of engagement with that content. Now I can streamline this experience, having all the information a prospect needs in one place. I can track engagement into the content which is a great indication of the deal health. Loving it so far!

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Dock is still in its relatively early stages, but enhancements keep coming out which makes the experience even easier. Excited to see the future of the product over the next few months/years.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Time saving for me
- Making it easier for customers to access information - a single source of truth for all content through the sales cycle

 ### 49. A great way to set yourself apart from the competition and manage deals better

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom A. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock makes it simple to share information with customers in a way that's more user friends and approachable than email. It also exposes the customer to info they may not have explored on their own. It's similar to how grocery stores put magazines, candy, etc. by the checkout line. Your customer may only want pricing info, but when they go to the Dock you created for them, they also see relevant blog posts, ROI docs, etc.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

At first, it can feel like an extra step in your sales process, but you get used to it, and it's WELL worth it.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organising and presenting information in an easy, approachable and professional way. This becomes a differentiator and shows the customer what it's like to work with our organisation.

 ### 50. Dock has truly changed the game for us regarding any sort of engagement with prospects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David B. | Founder & COO/CPO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock gives us the power to consistently impress our prospects, customers, investors, etc by giving them a space to collaborate and communicate with our teams beautifully and simply.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

It would be great if it helped with accepting payment and was stronger with pricing proposals. However, I heard these additions/improvements are coming soon!

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock helps us communicate more transparency throughout the whole sales cycle, keeping our prospects always up to date.
