## Dock Reviews
  ### 1. Centralizes Assets and Enhances Customer Onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily F.

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I really like how the support team is fantastic, especially with their onboarding process. It's cool that Dock actually uses their service to onboard you, which gives ideas for how to use it with your own customers. Maddy from the CS team is incredibly responsive. She breaks things down in an easy-to-understand way and provides amazing support materials. I appreciate that she answers questions quickly and uses Looms to demonstrate what she means instead of just leaving us with a how-to article. The onboarding was fantastic overall, and it's just a product that makes sense.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Nothing. Dock has been wonderful!

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock centralizes all our sales assets and serves as a deal desk app. It keeps mutual action plans and onboarding materials in one place, solving the chaos of scattered PowerPoints and emails. Everything is easily accessible, improving organization and speeding up onboarding.

  ### 2. A true end-to-end client experience in one platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock has been a game changer for our team. It allowed us to finally bring our entire client journey into one consistent platform and experience. We use Dock to take leads from prospect through proposal, onboarding, and into ongoing client collaboration, all in one place.

Dock elevates the overall experience for both clients and internal teams and helps us deliver a more polished, high-touch, and professional process from start to finish.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

There is honestly very little to dislike. If I had to note one area for improvement, it would be expanding the number of native integrations with additional platforms. That said, Dock is already very powerful as is, and I’m looking forward to seeing how the integration ecosystem continues to grow over time.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock is solving our need for a more effective and professional sales to client experience. It helps us present stronger, more compelling proposals that improve our deal close rate, while also significantly up-leveling the onboarding experience for new clients.

  ### 3. Easy-to-Navigate Shared Space for Customers

everything can live in one shared space that is easy for customers to access and navigate.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

It takes some time for teams to fully optimize how they structure pages and workflows for maximum impact.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improved onboarding flow, a centralized customer workspace, a more professional customer experience and it’s collaboration-friendly.

  ### 4. Streamlines Deals with Transparency and Reuse

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fatima F. | Executive Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I think the feature that I like the most about Dock is the transparency it provides. I can see the activity that a potential customer does on something that we've provided them. This helps us identify whether a lead is hot or cold and allows us to adjust accordingly. I also appreciate that the initial setup was pretty straightforward, and I particularly like that if you spend a lot of time building a template, you can reuse that template over and over.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

I think there is a learning curve, especially for people who don't use it. So we do have some customers who've never used Dock before, and they're not familiar with it. It's quite difficult to edit a few things.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock streamlines our deals by providing a platform for customer presentations, benefiting both our team and clients.

  ### 5. Effortless Personalization, Instant Time Saver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Will R.

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I really appreciate how Dock saves me a lot of time, especially when I'm dealing with prospects who are indecisive. It's really good to quickly hand over information without spending too much time on it. I'm a big fan of how simple it is to create personalized documents, which only takes about five minutes. I love the customizability and the simple interface. The AI feature is a strong point, making my experience smoother. I think Dock is brilliant, and I've already recommended it to many people.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Nothing, I really do think it's a brilliant bit of kit!

I use Dock for creating and sending personalized information to clients efficiently. It saves me a lot of time, especially with indecisive prospects, allowing me to provide necessary details without lengthy discussions. The simplicity of creating customized documents quickly is invaluable.

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I use Dock to send information to prospects, and it's a great hub for product information that allows prospects to easily share our product info internally. I like how it tells you when workspaces gain traction, so I know if prospects receive my email and are interested. The templates in Dock make the process very easy, and the initial setup was intuitive

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Sending links in emails to senior people you haven't engaged with prior makes you more at risk to go to their spam inbox. It makes me wonder if they actually ever saw my workspace I tried to share.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock is a great hub for product information, letting prospects share it easily. Its traction notifications tell me when workspaces gain traction, ensuring prospects are interested, and the templates simplify the process.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

I personally do not have any negative issues with dock at this time.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock makes the entire onboarding process easier. We have eliminated the issue of so many emails going back and forth by communicating via each task in Dock. We are able to upload documents there as well and having the progress bar per section gives our clients a great visual on where they are in the onboarding process.

This integration significantly streamlines our processes, making customer onboarding and ongoing success management more effective. I appreciate how Dock keeps all customer resources centralized in one place, simplifying task management for our team and ensuring smooth coordination during both onboarding and ongoing initiatives.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Couldn't think of anything off the top of my head.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our CS and Operations team use Dock to centralize customer resources, efficiently manage onboarding tasks, and integrate seamlessly with systems like Salesforce, reducing duplicate data entry.

**Reviewed by:** Kelly O.

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I use Dock as shared evaluation spaces for our clients, providing them with dedicated websites to find everything they need regarding the solutions and programs they are evaluating. I like that it's already organized and built out, with templates that are easily replicated. I think it's really amazing that you can assign tasks to clients and send them invitations prompting engagement. Setting up Dock was very easy, although my administrator handled it.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

I think that the navigation home page could be better. I have a hard time finding the Dock page for my clients. once I'm in there, that's great, but I feel like it's difficult navigating the home page.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock consolidates resources for our clients in one place, eliminating back-and-forth communication via email, providing a dedicated space with everything they need.

  ### 11. Centralized Solution for Complex Sales Processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristin W. | Sales Development Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

We have a complex sales process and complex solution. Our solution provides different features and values to multiple roles and seniorities. Dock provides a place for pertinent details along the process.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

I haven't set up docks yet in my role. From the set up overview I got, it looks like there are potentially many areas to forget to update for new pursuits. Again, I haven't looked further into this.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock is providing a customer journey for our complex sales process. Allowing our pursuits a single place to find materials, past conversations, and contact information.

  ### 12. Intuitive Interface and Templates Make Deal Management Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rohan D. | Account Executive, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Intuitive interface and templates that let reps spin up professional-looking workspaces quickly, so every deal feels organized and consistent for the buyer.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

cant really think of anything. It would be great if we had it integrated with some of our other tools

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scattered deal communication: Instead of decks, PDFs, spreadsheets, and links buried in long email threads, Dock centralizes everything in one buyer-facing hub per opportunity. More professional, repeatable experience: Templates let you standardize how you present Onit’s offerings (e.g., LVB, CLM, workflow) while still personalizing per agency or university, so every opportunity feels buttoned‑up without extra admin work.

  ### 13. Great for Presentations, Needs Bug Fixes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adel D. | Product Manager

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I like how Dock helps put together nice presentations for clients and keeps all project-related materials in one place, which clients really appreciate. I also enjoy that it's like a puzzle you can put together, and the templates that can be reused. The ability to embed files is really cool.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

It's just buggy, and I'd like to have the ability to manage the space between content because it's not good now. Section padding takes up lots of space, headers and content are sometimes hard to place, changes either don't apply or apply partially. I have to refresh a lot for the page to stop glitching and start responding. Timeline - date input doesn't work sometimes too.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock helps me create nice presentations for clients and keeps all project materials in one place, which clients appreciate.

  ### 14. Effortless Onboarding with Intuitive UI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Blake L.

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I like that the UI and UX of Dock is super easy to use, allowing end users to pick up quickly on where to find the information and how to take action. This ease of use helps make the platform less of a burden for us in terms of training others on how to use it. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy, which played a significant role in our decision to choose Dock over other competitors.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

I don't like the lack of integrations into other software programs. It would be really helpful to integrate Dock easily into Jira and have ways to automate processes.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dock for onboarding and implementing with our customers, saving time in communication and reducing latency for customers to act on their action items.

  ### 15. Easy, smooth client onboarding with Dock

I really appreciate how Dock provides a central hub for updating workspaces for all our clients. With nearly 100 clients, we rely on Dock for onboarding materials, training resources, and file downloads. The templates are especially helpful, making it simple to update information across every client and saving us from a lot of manual effort that would otherwise be required.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

I don't have any particular complaints about Dock. Every feature is genuinely useful and performs as expected.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock is streamlining client onboarding by eliminating manual tasks and allowing our clients to enjoy a seamless onboarding process with all the necessary information and resources at their fingertips. Thanks to the platform, I no longer need to send files back and forth via email, as everything is organized within each client's workspace and accessible across all clients.

  ### 16. Convenient Collaboration with Intuitive Design

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cole H.

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I use Dock in my pre-sales role for sharing slide decks and resources collaboratively with prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle. I like how it solves the problem of keeping all content in one place, accessible for both internal and external parties. The convenience it provides for this is great. I also appreciate the templates, which are nice for replicating resources across accounts, making it easy to recreate for new accounts. The layout and form builders are intuitive, and visually, Dock is pleasing.

Setting up templates can be confusing and the general terminology of Dock can be tough to understand, taking time to get to know it.

Dock helps keep all content accessible for internal and external parties. It offers convenient templates for replicating resources, and the layout is visually pleasing and intuitive.

  ### 17. Great for Customer Onboarding, Needs UI Improvements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa S.

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I appreciate how Dock helps in keeping all customers on the same page and allows for seamless updates. I love the good analytics it provides on how customers are using it. The back end data is something I like most about Dock. I love how easy it is to make live updates, and when we have a product change, it's so easy to make an adjustment and blast it out to all of our customers.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

It's not the most user-friendly at first. It takes time to learn in my experience. The UI is a bit crowded, and I think the top menu is the most confusing.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock keeps all customers on the same page, allows for seamless updates, and provides analytics on usage. It's easy to make adjustments and blast them to all customers.

I really appreciate its flexibility and intuitiveness, and how it matches the sophistication of our program. It's impressive that Dock provides visibility into each customer onboarding journey, key dates, and milestones, which we can integrate with other tools to view operational and outcome data. I also find it valuable that Dock offers our customers a centralized branded location to access additional material and resources. Moreover, our Dock CSM was fantastic with helping us get set up in Dock.

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca D.

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock is very straightforward and easy to use, making onboarding new clients much smoother. The HubSpot integration is ideal because it saves time with administrative details by pulling deal information such as amounts and contacts directly from HubSpot, so I don't have to enter it in both locations. The initial setup of Dock was very easy, which was a big plus as well.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Would be helpful to have a way to go back and reverse in editing, not sure if there is but I couldn't find it. But not a huge thing!

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock helps us onboard new clients by providing the right information to the customer success team for successful handovers, making it straightforward and easy to use. The HubSpot integration enters deal information directly, saving time by eliminating double data entry.

The best thing about Dock is that you can start with a blank slate and build the right workflows, content, and processes for both prospects and customers. Its design is intuitive, and the features help align sales and marketing effectively.

I like the ability to toggle and assign tasks, which makes it easy to communicate internally and externally and keep an eye on tasks. It was also easy to learn how to use Dock.

Some menu items could have more clarity. Sometimes it's not apparent that we need to click in individual blocks to change them, and we just get an error message. It is pretty easy to manage though.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dock to present questions and align on strategy with new clients. It simplifies sharing status reports and communication, both internally and externally, by easily assigning tasks. It helps keep an eye on what's needed.

Staying organized throughout the deal is easier when a sales rep and their prospect have a single place to go for the resources they need. This central repository keeps the team aligned, on track, and moving the deal smoothly down the funnel.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Some prospects never would take the time to look at it which defeated the purpose of using it.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping reps and prospects aligned is easier with a centralized, well-organized place prospects can revisit anytime. It pulls scattered emails and follow-ups into one hub, so nothing gets buried in an inbox.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victor M.

I use Dock for streamlining deal management and I really like how it keeps deal updates in one place for both buyers and sellers. All updates and responses are organized in one place, making it much easier to follow up compared to using Excel sheets. The initial setup of Dock was very smooth, which was a big plus for my team.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

I feel Dock could be improved with a dashboard that visually tracks the stages of deals. I would like it to show who is in charge of the next step, have automated reminders, use colors to show the stage of the deal, and have deadlines for follow-ups.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock keeps all deal updates in one place for buyers and sellers, organizing everything that needs follow-up, unlike using Excel sheets.

  ### 26. Exceptional Client Onboarding Experience with Dock

  ### 27. Effortless Client Onboarding, Loved by Our Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jim P.

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I utilize Dock to onboard new clients which solves the messiness of onboarding people in a non-linear fashion. Dock provides a visual guide for new users to onboard, view important materials, and have actionable next steps. I love that it prompts me when an onboarding account has gone cold so I can follow up with them. Product tours are particularly helpful as they give us a place for our clients to go through our 'product university,' which reduces our customer service lift. The initial setup was extremely easy, and nothing so far doesn't work well for us – we love it!

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

N/A

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Very easy to use! The UI/UX is great, so it makes setting up everything very simple to navigate. We were able to get HubSpot integrated and connected within minutes.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

There's a little bit of a customizability issue with quoting and ordering. With complicated terms or if you have a custom setup for how you like your quotes displayed for your customers, I encourage you to play around with it before you move forward.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving cusotmers a place to go when there's a ton of information floating around. It's great for marketing and branding.

I really appreciate Dock for its centralized content management, allowing all of our resources to be in one place for both the team and our clients, which is really professional. I also like the ability to share targeted information with clients and prospects efficiently. Additionally, the initial setup of Dock was very simple.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Design elements can be a bit clunky and sometimes can be slow to load up pages. Collaborating with teammates is pretty clunky and has resulted in lost work. Occasionally can make certain buyers alienate if not tech savvy.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dock for client onboarding and sales cycle management, centralizing content, personalizing efficiently, and tracking engagement. It minimizes email attachments and helps manage resources professionally, reducing time spent editing and testing content impact.

  ### 32. Making a Real Customer Impact with Sales & Renewals

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

It simplifies the entire customer journey. Dock helps us provide a consistent, polished experience from the first meeting through onboarding. It reduces back-and-forth, keeps everyone on the same page, and makes our team look buttoned-up and organized.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

No major issues. My only wish is for a bit more flexibility in how pages are laid out. More layout options would make it easier to tailor workspaces to different types of customers.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No more scattered customer communication. Instead of juggling docs, emails, and links, we can bring everything into one shared workspace. This keeps customers aligned, reduces confusion, and speeds up the entire evaluation and onboarding process. It also makes our internal handoffs smoother, so everyone stays on the same page and the customer experience feels much more organized and consistent.

  ### 33. Exceptional Tool for Streamlining Onboarding and Sales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claire P. | Customer Sucess, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I really appreciate Dock because it provides a highly personalized experience and is easy to use, especially with its templates that have helped us reduce our internal onboarding team. The communication has improved significantly, and it has drastically reduced back-and-forth emails, which is really valuable to us. I like the clear workspace it provides, and how the structured templates and task tracking give visibility into progress and make it easier for everyone to understand their tasks and timelines. It has reduced the time needed for onboarding, which is a huge plus. Plus, the initial setup was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

The only improvement I’d love to see is an integrated call recordings tab that syncs Modjo links automatically, so we don’t have to paste them manually.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

n/a

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock has been amazing to work with and quickly onboarded an immediate need after horrible service from Highspot. They quickly moved through commercial agreements, onboarding, and their support has been amazing. After only about two weeks of using Dock, the experience far surpasses Highspot

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

No complaints at this time. Dock has been amazing to work with

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock solved an immediate need after using Highspot for many years. They were easy to work with, support has been amazing, and quickly guided us through the offloading process of Highspot over to Dock.

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I like that Dock is incredibly easy to use, and I appreciate how simple the user experience (UX) is. The libraries and folder structure within Dock are particularly valuable to me because they keep all my content extremely organized. These features help streamline my work by ensuring that content is easy to find and appropriately labeled, especially important given the complexities of managing sales slides and materials for different stages of our sales pipeline. The ease of setup was also noteworthy, as it was very easy, allowing for a smooth transition to effectively utilize the tool without any hassle.

  ### 37. Organized Merchant Onboarding Made Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam S.

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I like how Dock helps me stay organized in a tedious onboarding process and gives merchants a clear picture of what they need to accomplish. I also appreciate how clean it makes everything look for both the business user and merchant. Despite taking some tweaking, the initial setup was overall easy.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

It's a bit clunky to switch between edit, admin, and view mode. It's just a lot of clicks going from account view, to clicking on an account, to clicking into edit mode, then clicking publish then going into present mode.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock helps me stay organized in a tedious onboarding process and gives merchants a clear picture of their tasks. I appreciate how clean it makes everything look for both the business user and the merchant.

  ### 38. Great Templates and Customization, Easy to Navigate

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

The templates are excellent. They are simple to navigate, and you can easily make adjustments to better align them with your brand.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

I really wish the editing tools offered more options, as their current limitations can be frustrating.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This way, everyone can access the information at their convenience, reducing the need for unnecessary meetings.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria S.

I would like a separate area in Dock where it would be integrated with Slack and email so that I'm able to see a more complete picture of my customer's onboarding status.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dock to keep all customer tasks in one place, create checklists, and set due dates. It automates reminders for onboarding tasks via email, reducing the need for me to send manual reminders and allowing me to link out to helpful resources.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Nothing in general, but if asked to pick one then it would be to provide more layout customization options

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 43. Essential Tool for Providing Information to Prospects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I use Dock every day as a tool to let customers explore our product after discovery calls, without the need for a formal demo each time. It's a convenient way to provide information to those who are interested but not yet ready to make a purchase.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Many of my colleagues rely on Dock, but I find it difficult to copy and share specific templates or pages for use in my own customer Docks.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main benefit for me has been the time savings. We receive a high volume of sales leads, and Dock assists me in identifying which ones require immediate attention. I’ve noticed that customers who engage with Dock and then request a demo usually turn out to be the most promising prospects.

  ### 44. Intuitive Design and Easy Collaboration with Dock

I think it also makes it really easy and seamless to have the mutual action plan for the prospect.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

I think there's some small things with the UI, like more customization, editing certain sections, adding certain sections. I think some of that could be improved.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dock to keep content and materials with meeting recordings and action plans in one place, simplifying tracking and engagement. It helps me see prospect interactions and strengthens deal progression compared to email chains.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

The editing and formatting, especially around pricing, have a glitch where updated text sometimes gets wiped out or reshuffles. It's also not super easy to create pricing graphs and tables. It's not horrible, but not the best.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dock to send sales materials to prospects in a single site, avoiding email chaos. It lets me update documents for different deals effortlessly, helping me stay organized.
