## Dock Reviews
  ### 1. Super happy Dock customer 🙌

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex M. | Co-founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock just makes sense. Almost immediately after we started to use it, it felt hard to think of a world where we don't communicate with prospects and customers through this beautiful shared space. It's soo much better than the emails we were sending back and forth.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

No real downsides. Excited to see the additional features they add now that we have this shared space w/ prospects and customers.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Super useful analytics help us know if our prospects are engaging and if so, with what
- Using it gives us an opportunity to actually collaborate with champions rather than having to get it perfect the first time
- Using templates makes this even easier than what we were trying to do before

  ### 2. Great product, really helpful for our sales process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan W. | Head of GTM, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

It's a clean and responsive product that makes it much easier for us to coordinate a sales process with our prospective customers. The team is also very responsive to questions and feedback. Solid product!!

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

It's still an early-stage company so they are still busy building out features that you might be looking for.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- It provides a more aesthetically pleasing interface for your prospects than just a next steps email
- It's live so you can update it with new info / attachments without having to send another email
- It's interactive so you can embed different elements (e.g., video, CTAs)

  ### 3. such a useful product for client management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jimmy D. | Cofounder and CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Most of our client communication happened via email until I found Dock. Conversations were easily lost, both parties lost track of important tasks and, most importantly, it was just too much email to keep track of. Now we handle onboarding and ongoing client management in Dock. Each customer has their own space, which we create from a template.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Overall been very pleased with Dock. Would like to see more specific notifications.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I run a marketplace and Dock is where I manage initial + ongoing tasks with our clients. Every client goes through the same process, so it's nice to be able to re-use templates.

  ### 4. Take your customer & team collaboration to the next level!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oscar P. | Senior Solutions Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Easily create workspaces to collaborate with your customers and teammates during the sales cycle, customer onboarding, customer journey. Dock makes it easy to add new spaces that can be shared with customers in an easy & secure way.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

None that I can think of at this time. Using Dock meets my expectations/needs.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock makes collaborating with customers during the sales process easy and secure. You can upload documents, align on the next steps, comment on follow-ups/clarifications and much more. Without Dock, important information may be captured in email, a shared folder, a communication app, your CRM, etc. Dock helps teams align on what's been done and what needs to be done to move your project forward.

  ### 5. Dock is clean and easy!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

It forces our documentation to be structured and clean. They understand how to organize product documentation and make it so we can't mess it up! Also a great support team - quick responses that are super helpful.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

No bulk-add for new sections across templates, but this isn't a huge issue for us.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy and clean product documentation that we can embed right into our platform.

  ### 6. Product marketing's new conversion weapon

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julian C. | Product Marketing Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock gives PMMs and marketing teams a new tool in their arsenal to reach prospects and customers with the right content at the right moment so they turn into lifelong customers. Equipping sellers and customer-facing teams with Dock and loading it with your best content is simply a no-brainer for marketing teams focused on driving revenue.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

In the early days, Dock lacked some tools that made content creation and governance easy, but they have been moving so fast adding new features and improving the tools -- I have so much confidence in them to continue building a game-changing product for GTM teams.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating polished shared spaces for folks from our GTM team and our prospects and customers. Essentially turning the most mundane of resources (mutual action plans, content drives) into a beautiful and delightful experience.

  ### 7. Awesome product for B2B sales

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mitchell T. | Marketing Manager

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock is a really professional looking way to send collateral after a sales call : ) especially when the deal involves multiple stakeholders on the buyer side

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

nothing to dislike! so far so good in our 2 months using Dock so far

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

helping to organize sales collateral and reference information or putting together a mutual action plan for customers in sales cycles

  ### 8. A great tool for project management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

It is easy to use and navigate. You can customize and create templates to share with team members.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Not able to unarchive items without emailing customer support.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our original project management was very clunky and information was hard to enter. With Dock, everything is located within one template and can be shared with both internal and external customers.

  ### 9. Every Sales Org Needs Dock

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rigel H. | Sales Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I love how simple Dock makes the follow-up process with the prospective clients I am working with!

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Sometimes Dock can be a little glitchy, but as the company has become more mature the glitches have become less frequent.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock is solving the problem of sending a poor follow-up email after my demos.

  ### 10. Great for sales teams and customers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock upgrades the sales experience by making it easier to share sales collateral, collaborate around mutual action plans, and provides contextual insights to know how customers are engaging with our resources.

Dock has made my teams more effective by equipping users, buyers, and other stakeholders with all information required to facilitate a sale in one place. Champions have all business case materials, action plans, and documentation (onboarding, legal, security, etc.) with richer resources than text and links. For example, one resource we know performs extremely well is including a Loom recording of our architecture diagram in Dock to reduce the number of calls and emails exchanged before starting a proof of concept.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Reduce the learning curve to create your first Dock!

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We centralize the entire process in one gated resource that helps our Champions and other stakeholders navigate the buying process. Resources we include in all Docks to prospects:
- Sales Deck (includes business case and value for prospect)
- Demo recording (personalized demo recording with the customer)
- Security, Legal, and pricing information
- Mutual Action Plan
- Documentation, Blogs, and other relevant resources to the buying journey

  ### 11. Sr. Account Executive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Strong templated functionality. Ease of use. Customers love it for data sharing. Great organizational tool for sales process

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Editing and creating templates can be a little challenging.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock solves the problem of misalignment and data transfer during a complex sales cycle.

  ### 12. Dock is the future of client collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Derek E. | Senior Growth Manager

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock has totally transformed how we manage complex sales processes and share materials with prospects. With Dock, we can create engaging, interactive, and well-organized pages with all of the information and relevant materials they need in one place. That way, they can easily share it with everyone on their team to help us close the deal and minimize change management.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Dock is an ambitious startup with lots of features on the roadmap that we're very excited about. Just wish we had all the features today, but we'll be patient!

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock helps us solve several problems:
- Make it easy for prospects and customers to get all the important information relevant to their personal sales process or contract anytime they need it.
- Know when and how clients are using the materials we create to ensure they're valuable
- Offer unique and memorable sales and customer experiences that are second to none

  ### 13. Dock enables the new age of selling. Must have for any AE!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Connor M. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock is a complete game-changer.

The best part is how easy it is to duplicate spaces for another team. Dock finds their logo and imports it for you. So every space looks personally customized and is so organized! I've never gotten anything other than glowing feedback from my prospects on their experience interacting with the tool.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Dock is an entirely novel idea. We had used jury-rigged systems in the past, and it was a consistent nightmare to try and build personalized spaces and present relevant information. So, nothing I dislike about it. Thankful it exists!

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem: Often, I'm in situations where I'm sending follow-up emails with multiple links and attachments and then scrolling back through a massive email thread to try and find what was shared. It's time-consuming and challenging to find information.

With Dock, I can easily create a top-of-the-line experience for my prospects and have a simpler way to interact with and share resources with them.

  ### 14. Great for sales teams!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie C. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I use Dock to share answers to frequently asked questions about our product, and to create mutual action plans with our customers during product evaluations. My company primarily works with analytical buyers who work either in operations or HR. As a result, it has been an effective way to quickly build a relationship with more analytical buyers, as they can deep-dive into areas of our offering as much as they want to but also easily view an executive summary. It's also a convenient way to keep more sensitive information, such as our product roadmap, a little more tightly controlled - the platform tells you who has viewed the Dock, what areas someone looked at, and if they downloaded any of the information.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

It's still a little early in the product's development, so there's a lot of other things that they could build into the product to make it a fantastic product. I woud like more power to explore other Docks at my company (at the moment, you get an extensive list with no real way to filter by topic/theme). Also, the UI can be finicky - for example, adding hyperlinks can sometimes be a little bit temperamental in the current version.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock has made it much easier to provide a professional, but bespoke, overview of our product for each client quite quickly and track client engagement to gauge the level of interest.

  ### 15. Clean, Easy, Resources for Clients

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel W. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I love how simple and clean it is. It makes sharing company resources easy and are presented in a way that is easy on the eyes.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Sometimes it glitches but I have noticed this far less now, they seem to always be making updates.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This makes it easy for me to send my clients all the resources I have in a personalized way. It doesn't take me tons of time but looks like it could have.

  ### 16. Dock has been a game changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I love how it not only makes my post-demo process repeatable and scalable but it also provides my prospect with a ton of valuable info in an easy-to-navigate space

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

I wouldn't say there's much to dislike right now. I think at this moment there might be certain not-tech-savvy prospects who relatively don't interact it with that much and would be more likely to engage with a quick one-pager in an email or something. Curious if something can be done about those personas

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to consolidate all sales collateral, call recordings, etc into one centralized location where anybody with that domain name/email can come in and access within an eval

  ### 17. EVERY SALES REP NEEDS THIS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan W. | Account Executive

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Gives me the ability to connect with and give content to prospects post Demo. Also tracks engagement which is very useful to measure level of interest from the prospect.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Nothing. So far has been an awesome experience using the tool. Excited to see what success this company sees over the next couple of years.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Main problem that Dock is solving is that recap emails just aren't effective. Dock gives your clients a unique space to view all your content related to your meetings with the client, as well as a place to track engagement of the client.

  ### 18. Helps enterprise sales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

The solution allows you to send a "personalized landing page" with centralized collateral and more. It gives you insights into your prospects' interactions with the dock which is very useful to understand their engagement. One more thing to mention is the action plan that you can build, it helps to guide the prospect through the project and acquisition of your solution.

Looking forward to what other possibilities will be available in the future.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

You might encounter a bug or 2 but nothing that refreshing the page won't fix.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I finally managed to find a tool that would allow me to centralize and share sales collateral dynamically and easily.

  ### 19. Everything you need in one place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Easy to use, easy to update, and looks sleek. You'll never need to update twenty PDF versions and confuse prospects. Centralize proposals, collateral, and action planning in one place and keep tabs on how your prospects engage with your materials.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

The small UX/UI changes I'd suggest changing are nothing compared to the value of this tool. Even without any future improvements, using Dock is better than traditional ways of sharing information and proposals with clients. The Dock team listens to its users and updates the platform regularly.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sharing updated information, easily creating custom spaces for clients, collaborating with other departments or internal teams on best practices, sharing mutual action plans, answering client questions, reporting and accountability

  ### 20. Game-changer for client collaboration!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David Z. | Senior Account Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock eliminates the dullness of a shared Google Doc and brings client/prospect engagement to the next level

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Nothing! The team is highly responsive and open to product feedback

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A centralized location for all client/partner assets. It's easy for sales collateral to be lost in various email threads, but Dock allows me & my clients to be mutually aligned on what we've accomplished so far, and what we plan on accomplishing together next.

  ### 21. Game changer for sharing with prospects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Parker H. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock is a life saver! Before we had Dock, we used a homegrown solution to share information with customers. This makes it easy with templates, easy editing, and notifications for when a customer accesses the page.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

There is not a whole lot I dislike about Dock. Moreso, I am excited about all problems Dock has the potential to solve. There are a lot of routes Dock can take to help with customer communication.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock allows me to easily share content, slide decks, tranining materials, mutual action plans, and more with customers. Editing is easy, and the page looks really professional to the customer.

  ### 22. My new time saver!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock makes it easy to keep my clients on track. The simplicity and beauty of the interface allow me to stack and deliver everything they need during our project. Their experience is improved compare of the way I used to work before.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Nothing specific that I can think of! Would be cool to have a product video or something to convince even more people to use Dock!

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clear communication and following each step of the project closely. Client find everything they need related to the project in one space so I can focus more on the production instead of project management!

  ### 23. Results day 1

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jackson H. | Director of Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock has transformed how we communicate with our prospects post demo. Follow-ups are now an experience instead of a chain of emails.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Everything I dislike about Dock is currently on their roadmap. They have prioritized customer feedback, and I am excited to see their tool continue to evolve.

**Recommendations to others considering Dock:**

Give it a try. It will instantly elevate your follow-up game.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our follow-ups are better. Our newer reps are sending better follow-ups faster.

We have standardized a high quality of follow-up flow/materials. For a scaling company in a competitive market, this is a must-have.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

NA - excited to see how Dock continues to make life easier for individual contributors

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeps me from having to reference old emails and content. Prevents my prospects from having to look for anything I've sent them in the past. People love it.

The ability to collaborate with cusotmers, the mutal action plans are an incredible feature. I also love that we can upload all nessecary documents that need to be share with customers to the DOCK, and duplicating the templates is super easy!

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

The big release in January either added or fixed anything that I was finding cumbersom with the tool. Excited to continue to see how the DOCK team expands and enhances the product! They are super quick to address any issues, and are open to feedback!

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have created a collaborative shared project site for implementations that are templatized and easy to replicate—saving the CS team time and ensuring that each customer has a consistent launch expereince.

Highly suggest treating Dock like a new type of tool and giving it a shot!
